Don,t use this company. They will rip you off. They have inexperienced staff and the lady who picks the phone is so rude and abusive. If Yelp had a negative star I would give that to this company. Please do not use them.

Avoid this company at all costs!! They came here and charged a ridiculous price to find a leak. Cut a hole in my wall and left it unfinished. Told me the leak is condensation from the AC. This type of water leak was not from that. Btw this is one of the owners of the company. Use anyone but them!

If I could select a zero star rating I would. How does a business run successfully when they don't show up for a scheduled appointment? I called and scheduled a visit for yesterday as my hot water heater is not working. Scheduled originally for 6:30. The girl said it was late, but checked and said ok. Later in the day I called back and said I was leaving an hour early and would be home at 5:35 so as not to inconvenience the plumber. She said she would call him and let him know. I waited all night. Not even a phone call to let me know what happened. I called the office 2x and got a vm. Unbelievable how businesses like this operate and stay in business.

WORST PLUMBING COMPANY!! I WOULD NOT even give them a star, but have no choice. We called them to replace our kitchen sink faucet, while in the process of having to turn off the hot water from our water heater. He comes and tells me and my roommate that he broke our hot water valve!!!! So we call the company to explain what happened, and the woman who answered was being VERY RUDE said that it was our fault and hung up on me! We weren't the ones who broke the valve it was the guy they sent! Then my roommate called, she got them same response from the woman who claims to be the manager. Called my roommate a 'bitch' and talking foul about our home. THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!! THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AN OFFICE, ALL IS DONE FROM THEIR HOME!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

Don't use these guys! Rip off!!!! Charged me $300 with $50 off coupon to run a clean out on a kitchen sink which took less than an hour. Should have cost $100!! They don't tell you pricing over the phone when I asked how much it would be. Plus he was almost 3 hours late and didn't even let me know he was running late! I had to call them to see what was going on! Also he walked through my house and on my rug with dirty wet boots...btw I have a 7 month old crawling baby!! Furious! They are screwing people off and they know it!!!

They get one start because there's no option for no star or negative stars. Don't waste your money!!! I gave Dattile a try because I like supporting local, small businesses. Glenn was nice, but two days later my pipes back flowed again. Turns out they snaked me neighbors pipe on the outside of my home. He also snaked through the toilet on the inside which made it appear as if the issue was fixed. I called them to come back out and fix what they got wrong and they did not...leaving me without being able to run water in my home before the hurricane. I got a hold of another plumbing company who was able to rush out and fix the issue right before the hurricane passed through, but I'm out the $300 I wasted on Dattile. I called to tell them about the issue and they will not refund my money...not even partially. The girl I spoke with was rude and condescending. I will never use their services again. If you're in desperate need of a plumber and this is your last option --- google the issue online and do it yourself. You'll be better off.

BEWARE THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER. THEY CHARGED ME $750.00 to put a wax ring around a toilet. It took 2 men less than an hour to do. They give you $50.00 credit.BIG DEAL they can afford to look generous when they charge double what it should cost. The only reason I didn't tell them to get lost was because it was leaking into the apartment under me,and it was Saturday. Just to prove to myself they are really OVERCHARGING, I asked how much a water heater would cost. With a straight face he told me $1300.00. I called another plumber and was told that was way overpriced, as was the price for the wax ring. CHECK WITH ANOTHER SOURCE BEFORE YOU GET RIPPED OFF. They tell you on the phone they will give you the price when they get there, if you don't use them you pay a service call fee just under $ 90.00

I thought to call this plumber as my parents had success with them in WPB. My water heater is clicking. Well I should have looked on YELP first for reviews, as all the dissatisfied customers are right on target. I had them come by to look at my water heater and give me an estimate, he just looked at the date of the heater and just said you need a new one, just like that, and that it would be $1350 for a new heater. I said I have to think about that, then said ok, that will be $65.00. I was never informed of a $65.00 service fee, no one told me about that, Keith said he got a note that they did tell me, he was very forceful too, not good customer service skills, he did say, we take it off the $1350 if you choose us to install a new heater, well that's a big """"hell no"""". Parents, don't worry if your kids don't want to go to college, have them become a plumber, they make more money these days then lawyers! Never again.
