March 27, 2023 When looking for a reliable and professional plumber, we immediately thought of Dattile Plumbing because of the wonderful things we heard about their service and expertise. When calling the office you are greeted by April, who is so pleasant; she always got right back to us with answers and made sure we always knew what was going on timewise. Dattile Plumbing absolutely lived up to their reputation! We had a very difficult problem but Doug, the Owner and Mike, his Assistant were not deterred and they persevered until they fixed the issue. And we have to say that they gave us better than what we had. They are professional, very knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. Dattile Plumbing and everyone who works there truly deserve 5 Stars!! We Thank You so much!! Marc B.

Very bad service came to start a project did not finish. Called for a follow up at least 8 times no return call. Had to call other Plummer's got turned down because the tub had a slight crack and did not want to break it more... after three turn downs no response from Dattile .. would never call or give a good review for this company..

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Our tenant complained about a waterleak in the kitchen and living room. Called Datille and spoke to CHRISTINA, who advised that they charg ed $29.00 to come out and diagnose the problem, followed by a quote to make the repair. Tenant called later to say that plumber was there for 10 minutes, said that it was the refrigerator pan leaking, and turned off the water to the fridge. She advised that he did not show her the pan overflowing as he diagnosed, nor did he empty it, but he did make her pay $85.00 before leaving (tenant does not pay for repairs). The tenant advised that she doesn't think that was the problem because she still see's more water and want's someone else to come out. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! EOPLE!!! .
