Nice, friendly and professional, however, I would not recommend this plumber. Very chatty yet charges by the hour. Was not as knowledgeable or observant as hoped for and the job took longer than necessary. Otherwise he seemed to be a nice gentleman. When we needed a plumber after this experience, we found someone else.

Excellent service. Fast and clean. Sometimes all the qualities I just mentioned don't matter and you just need SOMEONE asap. Somehow the stars aligned and we got George on the day we we really needed a plumber. I already had an appointment for a bigger company but it was two weeks out, After a couple rounds of phone tag (I have a habit of keeping my phone on silent for inexcusable amounts of time) George came over and fixed what needed fixin'.

Also, his billing sheet says ""No job too small"" So that's great to know, as well.

I called George for an estimate on replacing an oil boiler with a gas furnace. He immediately came out to take a look, was very honest, knowledgable, and reliable. He serviced and replaced my gas furnace with a more efficient furnace and was willing to take the steps to go through the tedious process of obtaining a Mass save heat loan. He also took a look at a toilet that I was told wasn't anchored and told me that there is nothing wrong - I appreciate his honesty as a new home owner. I will be having him install a shower due to his great work and I highly recommend his services.
