Second time I've now posted on Yelp about these guys. This time it was Rojo to the rescue. My tankless hot water heater was making a funny noise. Turns out we had to descale it--second time in 6 months, but I hadn't done it for the first 3 years I had it because I didn't know. Anyway, Rojo and Adan thought I may need a whole new heater or part, but thank goodness, the descaling seems to have done the trick. Rojo was on time and professional. I highly recommend these guys. They are my go-to plumbers for anything!

Adam was referred by my trusted longtime plumber for a job that was too big for him and WOW!! In the unfortunate event that you have and old house like mine that really has it's problems you could not be in better hands. Adam showed me the issues at every step. He and his crew are meticulous, and worked to reduce the cost wherever possible. With a huge job like mine you are living with this crew 10-12 hours a day but Adam and his assistant Jose were always so pleasant and neat beyond belief it soothed the construction pain. But beyond the charm Adam has EVERY piece of equipment needed to do any job from the tiniest most delicate jack hammer to the Caterpillar that dug into my street, and a relationship with the city when permits are required. He has been here quickly for the last follow ups which arose in my remodel and has photo documented very step for my records. DASH is the bomb!!

Rojo was great. We had several plumbing problems at my mother's house. We used the Yelp coupon. Very efficient, completed what we wanted and gave us a reasonable estimate for other work to be completed at a later date. (We had another estimate and Dash was much lower.

Had a leak under my sink I couldn't find & Rojo quickly figured out it was the garbage disposal. He was super friendly & personable & answered all my many questions about other problems I hadn't gotten around to fixing. Gave him my business for fixing the rest of the issues here too & he came back the next day & fixed everything super quick & then walked me through what he did. Extremely happy with the service. The speed was very impressive as well. They came out the same day I called to diagnose the issue & Rojo was back the next morning with all the parts & fixed all the issues in a few hours.

Very prompt , professional , helpful, & reasonable. I had Jose. He cleared a clogged & slow draining kitchen sink by hydrojetting the kitchen drainline . This was an apartment unit on the second floor.

They had to install a clean out access , cut out stucco, cut out existing cast iron/galvanized drain pipe, reinstall new ABS pipe & install a new heavy duty access panel on exterior wall. Very extensive, but trouble free. Looks great. One year warranty . Adam and Jose were so nice & professional. So thankful I found them on Yelp and their company. I'll be calling them for future plumbing issues.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. It's been almost 3 years since Adam / Dash repaired / replaced my sewer line - a big job - and it still works perfectly with zero issues, so I think that makes this a stronger review than someone who just got something fixed yesterday.

The first thing to know is that Dash is a full service plumber and sewer service contractor, not just a rooter guy. Adam does everything from small home repairs to giant commercial sewer projects. He has an iPad full of thousands of photos from hundreds of jobs he's done, and he can use those to illustrate what is going on in your situation, which is very helpful. He is also the boss, so he can negotiate with you and come to a win-win situation in the way that many other plumbers and contractors can't.

This all started when my house's plumbing backed up. I called one of the major rooter companies from a coupon. They sent a guy who failed to clear the problem and wanted to charge me over $1200 to use his water-jet rooter machine. He was trying to rip me off, and he wasn't even able to clear the drain anyway, even with his ""jetter"". I got rid of those con artists and called Dash!

Adam came over with his super-powerful truck-mounted jetter, offered to do it for $400, zero charge if he couldn't get it cleared, and zero charge if I hired him to do the work to fix the underlying problem. He used his drain camera (for free) to show me the problem (tree roots had busted into my house's sewer line and smashed up the old clay pipe). He was then able to use his jetter to clear the obstruction and repeatedly checked with his camera and jetted more until it was cleared well enough that it would last for several weeks if necessary until I could get around to having the pipe fixed / replaced.

Insurance generally doesn't cover sewer lines or pipes, but in this case, the damage was caused by a city-owned tree, not my own tree, and Adam patiently worked with me to get me the quotes that the insurance company needed to pay for a significant amount of the work! That was huge! Kudos also to Amica insurance!

There was the option of ""lining"" the existing pipes (cheaper, but with issues) or replacing all the clay pipe with a new unbreakable plastic pipe using the pipe bursting method (which costs more but comes with a *very* long guarantee). Since the insurance money helped, I decided to go with the permanent fix. Dash has a lot of expertise in excavation and laying sewer pipe. Liners are not really their specialty / preference, but they will do it for people who need a 3-10 year fix and can't afford the higher price of replacing the old pipe.

Adam and his crew of diggers were courteous, professional, and cordial. They were happy to show what they were doing and explain how it all works while they dug over 10 feet down. They made sure that the drains kept working during the few days of work that the job took, except for the few hours when the pipes were apart. He handled the city permit (this job required excavation into the sewer main in the street and encasing part of the repair in concrete) and satisfied the inspector. He cleaned up everything to leave things nicely when the job way done.

Overall, he did a great job and I felt like I was treated fairly and like a valued customer (not like just a job or someone to rip off like that other place tried to do). I am a very picky / particular / technical person, so from me this review is VERY high praise :) I would absolutely call Dash again if I had a plumbing problem.

I called Adam and he was up front and honest and I he made feel comfortable right away. He even told me to first call the plumber for my condo association so I wouldn't get in trouble and get the work done from their plumbers or get approval for him to come out.
I appreciate the honesty and he said he wouldn't nickel and dime me. Sure enough he didn't!!! Association plumber wanted to charge me 220$ but thank you Dash. They gave me a great price and they even have discounts here on yelp.
Rojo was my technician. He was courteous and clean and quick. Cleaned out my clogged kitchen sink drain in about 20 min.
I got my discount I got my drain cleaned with no hassle and no up selling!!!!

Thanks guys. I recommend their services to anyone. I sell real estate so I will def be referring them to my clients.

Let me start by saying Adam and Rojo aren't cheap.... But they are by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of using. I can't speak highly enough of this company-- Prompt, professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and super cool, to boot--- They left my property cleaner when they left than before they arrived, and busted their ass to make sure it was completed on time and done right. Adam and Rojo came to the rescue....My waterheater was not staying lit so after reading the reviews I decided to use Dash...Very happy I did... The service was excellent, and my waterheater is back up and running... It was painless.... I appreciated Adam letting me know to wait til Monday instead of paying the ""weekend fees"", which is a good sign that they care about their customers and aren't looking to make boat loads of cash....I recommend Dash for all your plumbing needs....I know I'll use them the next time I need them....
