We're in a rental property and I couldn't reach the owner when we saw water flooding our front yard from under the ground. I called Dash plumbing and spoke with Adam, who was amazing! He was at our house within 30 minutes of the call and determined it was a pipe underground that had burst. The gardner arrived shortly after Adam and was able to contact our owner, who decided he'd prefer the gardner to take care of the problem. Adam was so great, he kindly offered his card and didn't charge me anything for the visit. I didn't know decent plumbers still existed! If we should ever require a plumber again, Dash will be the first place I call.

Dash Plumbing was terrific from start to finish!

I got in touch with Adam about 3 plumbing issues a few days before the 4th of July holiday, and he said he could come out on Saturday -- i.e., the 5th of July -- even though most folks were closed that day! Once I explained our known issues, he asked if I could send him a couple of pictures just to make sure we were on the same page, and to ensure that he could come prepared to replace the things that needed replacing.

When Saturday rolled around, they arrived on time, and took care of everything we asked for, quickly and efficiently. Then, in the process of checking their work, they identified a few additional issues we hadn't known about.

One thing Adam noticed as soon as he turned on the water at our kitchen sink is that the water pressure feeding into our house was way too high. Turns out, unbeknownst to us, our water pressure reducing valve had broken. Since they had the needed part on their truck, we asked them to go ahead and replace it, and they took care of it in about 15 minutes. The other issue they showed us involved roots is our sewage line, which we will likely have them come back to take care of later this summer.

We are thrilled with Dash Plumbing and highly recommend their services. They truly are as good as it gets!

Whenever I ran the washing machine the toilet was overflowing. After reading reviews on Yelp for the plumbing company (CAL HOME PLUMBING) that my home warranty company wanted to use, I decided to go with a different plumber. I found multiple companies on Yelp with 5 star reviews. I called all of them and left voice messages. However, Adam from Dash Plumbing always picked up the phone and so got my business.

After I explained the issue I was having, Adam quickly guessed that it was more than a clogged pipe. He came on 7/3 and brought his camera to conduct a thorough inspection. After hyrdojetting the clogged pipe, we found that the mainline had broken in multiple places. He suggested 2 options: 1) replace the whole section of the pipe under the tree which would cost me $3500 and another to replace just the piece that was broken which would cost me $850, which is the option I went with. Adam waived the inspection and hyrdrojetting fees and said he will fix the issue tomorrow on JULY 4!!

Adam and Jose showed up on time at 7:00 AM on 7/4 to complete the job. When Jose was digging to get to the sewer line he accidentally cut the main gas line! Jose called Adam, who was on a different job and I called the Gas Company. Adam came in about 15 minutes as did the inspector from the gas company. Inspector said that he will have to call his crew to repair the pipe, which would take about an hour since it was a holiday. Adam then took matters into his hand and pinched the pipe to stop the gas leak. He also cleaned the area so that inspectors could do their work quickly.

Once the gas leak was fixed by the Gas Company, Jose started digging to replace the mainline. They were able to finish the job in 3 to 4 hours after that without any issues. Adam is also footing the bill from the Gas Company as the Gas Company was working on double time because of holiday. Adam did not charge me anything extra and completed the job as agreed for $850.

I have already recommended them to couple of my friends who may need a plumber. The things that impressed me was every time I called I was able to speak with Adam whereas with other 5 star Plumbers on Yelp it invariably went to the voice mail and in some cases, I never heard back.

Dash Plumbing and Rooter is the true definition of customer service. I had Adam come out to my house the same day that I notice water coming out of the sewage line. I assume it was paper towels and roots and that they were simply going to run the snake to clear it out. What I got was more and a better understanding of what is causing the issue, something that previous rooters did not bother explaining.

He came out and use a camera to show me where the issue and to what extend the damage that roots have cause, eventually I will need to replace my sewage line soon. I am very please as the professionalism and the time Adam took to explain to me my options.

I highly recommend calling Dash Plumbing and Rooter. Don't even bother with anybody else as they will more likely simply be taking your money. When it is time for the bigger job of my sewage line, I will definitely be using these guys.

Adam and Dash are great. Personal touch and they won't charge you a crazy amount for a small job. Big or small job DASH is my new plumber!

I had Adam and Robert come out from Dash -- Robert came out first and explained my 1925 plumbing issues better than 3 other plumbers I had before. He managed to get the water flowing but knew exactly what I needed to do next so I wouldn't keep having the same problems. Previous plumbers just took my money and didn't have a clue why the issues kept coming up.

Adam then came out with his crew and installed a new main line clean out for a good price and gave me tips so I could fix blockages myself in the future without spending more money.

Definitely the best plumbers I've had so far. I'll be redoing my old iron pipes in the future and Dash will be the guys I'll use.

Adam and his team are the best. I had an emergency at 5 pm when
I came home to find the garage flooded because of a broken heater pipe. I called another 5 star plumbing service but they were fully booked through the weekend. They recommended me to Dash Plumbing and Adam and vouched for their professionalism and integrity. I'm sure glad they did and feel so lucky that I got to know about Dash Plumbing and their wonderful team, led by Adam. He picked up the phone himself and in 10 minutes, called me back that a technician was on its way. Mind you, this was on a Friday night. The plumber, Tony, was the most professional service man I have encountered in my whole life and I have had a few share of them as I am 50 years old. Tony was not only quick to diagnose the problem. He was also concerned about my personal welfare with the water being shut off and all due to the massive leak. In less than an hour, he put in a new pipe, soldered, turned on the water and the water heater. Knowing my personal circumstances, he offered to take $100 off from what I already thought to be a fair and reasonable price to pay for parts, labor and the expedient service. He double checked everything before he left. I immediately called Adam and sung praises for sending Tony my way and that they have me as a customer for life for future plumbing work. In this world where you are wary of service men price gouging and performing shoddy work, it is quite refreshing to still find companies like Dash Plumbing that not only are fairly priced and plumbing experts , but also believe in customer service as their motto. Go with these fine team folks for all your plumbing needs. There will be no worries, stress and head aches, guaranteed! Thank you again, Adam and Tony. A++++ in my book.

Adam from Dash Plumbing has come to our family's rescue for a second time now. First for an urgent water heater replacement and second for an unexpected leak with a faulty valve. He is extremely professional and thorough. He took the time to do checks, explained his process, and even offered suggestions to help with potential/future concerns.

Dash Plumbing is great. Our dryer was venting into our garage, and we needed it routed outside. Adam came by, gave a decent quote, and then showed up right on time on the scheduled day to do the work. He was careful to caulk any resulting holes and gaps in the stucco so that critters didn't migrate from our garage to our laundry room.
