I would highly recommend Dash Drains. My parents had a blocked drain pipe that drains all water out of the home. I was told by a friend to call Dash Drains which is what we did. They scheduled us in with a few hours of our call and were there exactly when they said they would be. Mark and his partner were very friendly, professional and assuring that it wasn't a big deal. They were right. They had blockage cleared up in no time. When they were done they cleaned up with Lysol. They also wore masks the whole time. I would highly recommend Dash Drains you won't be disappointed.

Just want to say how impressed I was with Dash Drains! We had flooding in the basement which amongst ourselves diagnosed as a clogged pipe. I called Dash Drains and was given a 2 hour window. Brian showed up early. He was very professional and answered all our questions. It's hard to find a company that does a good job and doesn't charge a small fortune for the service. My only toilet stopped working at 5:30pm today, which warranted an emergency call to a plumber. Fortunately, I haven't needed one in years, so I hopped on Google and checked a bunch of local reviews. Dash Drains was local, did emergency/after hours visits, and had received excellent reviews. The reviews were excellent for good reason. Brian from DD happened to be driving from Salem to Stoneham to another job when I called, and would be passing my house on the way. Lucky for me! So he stopped by after talking me through a potential fix on the phone. When he arrived, he quickly determined it was a clogged toilet, quoted me a price that was 3 times less than the last ""C""ompany I used...including the emergency fee, and unclogged it quickly and cleanly. He was professional, efficient, and completely fair in pricing complete with a 7 day guarantee! I was very lucky to have called at the right time and very lucky to have chosen wisely. Happy to say I have a new plumber! Thank you, Brian!

Wow! Dash Drains solved my problem, quickly... at night. My plumber told me what was wrong over the phone and told me to call Dash Drains immediately. Our main waste pipe was clogged and our drains were overflowing in the basement. Carl came out and unclogged it with his equipment. First off, Carl was the nicest and most professional. It was as if we were hanging out with a friend in the basement, except he was an expert explaining how everything works. I would highly recommend this company help you with your clogged issues. As good as it gets. Called about a clog at 7:30am fully expecting to have to wait at least a day. Showed up that same morning and had it completely cleared within a few hours. I have old plumbing so the tech even gave me some advice for preventing this from happening again. Don't hesitate to give them a call!

great !!!!!!! showed up on time . great service !!! the price was shockingly low !!! after estimates of $500+ the technician brian (great guy) had to remove and replace the toilet to clear the blockage. total $237. plumbers wanted $150 to diagnose the problem. top notch local company !!!!!!

Adam, our serviceman, was polite and informative and solved our sink drain problem with a determined resolve, which was needed as the backup had befuddled family and others for too long. Our kitchen sink suddenly clogged tight. For a week we tried fixing it ourselves to avoid paying a plumber. Plunging, chemicals, a cheap snake. Nothing helped. I called our plumber, who recommended Dash. Adam came over within two hours. He quickly located the clog, brought in a heavy duty electric snake and worked it down the drain pipe. Success! Drain was totally clear.

I was very impressed with Adam's professionalism, skill and congenial nature. And the job cost less than I thought it would. Dash is competent, punctual, honest and reasonable. In other words, the total opposite of what you get from most other companies. They'll definitely be my go-to company for any drain or pipe problems I have in the future.
