I had a blocked septic drain, called Dash on a Thursday afternoon, fully expected to wait a few days for someone to come out. They picked up their phone immediately, were able to give me a 2 hour window, arrived 30 min after phone call, fixed the problem expertly, explained the issue, and fixed another smaller issue. I cannot say enough about the service I received. John was the expert, delightful. Thank you all so much.

i have called dash drains when I lived in Beverly and now that I live in east Boston . They are always honest , polite and they know what they are doing . I would not use any other drain service . hands down , the best out there

If you have a drain issue call these people! We had baths backing up into out tub and suspected a major problem. We called Dash at 8 and Carl and Brian were at our house at 9:30. Great service from professional and knowledgeable people. We asked to have a camera run through the sewer line to diagnose the clog . Turned out to be wipes someone had flushed down the toilet not the major issue we suspected. They explained everything and even gave us a video of the camera work in the pipe! They called it a "" dirty movie"". Great people at a very fair price.

I did an oops and put something down the garbage disposal that shouldn't of been, and big clog ensued. I called DD at 8:03am, Got the call center, They dispatched someone to call me, By 8:19 someone called and said they would be over between 10-12. Carl got here around 11ish. Tried snaking through under the sink first. that didn't solve the issue. And even though he was reluctant to go on the roof to the vent pipe he did it. And I can't thank him enough. Carl was very nice and easy to talk to. Didn't talk down to me about my opps...lol Don't try and fix the clog yourself and waste time and money. Just call Dash Drains.

I would highly recommend Dash Drains. My parents had a blocked drain pipe that drains all water out of the home. I was told by a friend to call Dash Drains which is what we did. They scheduled us in with a few hours of our call and were there exactly when they said they would be. Mark and his partner were very friendly, professional and assuring that it wasn't a big deal. They were right. They had blockage cleared up in no time. When they were done they cleaned up with Lysol. They also wore masks the whole time. I would highly recommend Dash Drains you won't be disappointed.

Just want to say how impressed I was with Dash Drains! We had flooding in the basement which amongst ourselves diagnosed as a clogged pipe. I called Dash Drains and was given a 2 hour window. Brian showed up early. He was very professional and answered all our questions. It's hard to find a company that does a good job and doesn't charge a small fortune for the service. My only toilet stopped working at 5:30pm today, which warranted an emergency call to a plumber. Fortunately, I haven't needed one in years, so I hopped on Google and checked a bunch of local reviews. Dash Drains was local, did emergency/after hours visits, and had received excellent reviews. The reviews were excellent for good reason. Brian from DD happened to be driving from Salem to Stoneham to another job when I called, and would be passing my house on the way. Lucky for me! So he stopped by after talking me through a potential fix on the phone. When he arrived, he quickly determined it was a clogged toilet, quoted me a price that was 3 times less than the last ""C""ompany I used...including the emergency fee, and unclogged it quickly and cleanly. He was professional, efficient, and completely fair in pricing complete with a 7 day guarantee! I was very lucky to have called at the right time and very lucky to have chosen wisely.
