Our experience working with Johnny was marvelous! We called the main office and were promptly scheduled to have him stop by for an estimate. He returned once more a few days prior to our scheduled appointment to make a final list of materials and to confirm the work. On the day of, he was at our place early. Although he was only supposed to be the estimator, they had several emergency calls come in and he came to perform the work himself. He worked quickly and neatly, and he offered thorough explanations when I asked questions. Dascor will become our go-to plumber and I would highly recommend them to anyone who values integrity, knowledge and efficiency.

We had an estimate done with this company. Plumber was very nice, came on time, and was very responsive. There was a bit of confusion and back and forth about the job and payment, however, and the secretary was very rude and unprofessional in dealing with the matter over the phone. She was highly accusatory, aggressive, and not kind in her delivery whatsoever. Very disappointing as this could have been resolved in a much better fashion.

Be careful, I called this plumber this morning for a quote to fix a flapper on a toliet. They told me it would be one hour at $135 but they would give me a free estimate. When 3 plumbers arrived in two trucks and tried to tell me it would be $225, I declined their services. They are now trying to bill me for $135...DO not use this plumber unless you understand the terms...

Remodeling a house and have spoken with many contractors along the way. Dascor was the first contractor that wanted to charge me $135 just to come out and give me an estimate to run a gas line- something that would take maybe 15 minutes to evaluate. No way.

Dascor plumbing is excellent! They are always there within 24 hours of a request I've made. In most cases, they are there the same day. Vanessa provides excellent customer service and is very responsive. Everyone I've spoken to are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly--including Johnny, Dwayne, and Keith. I highly recommend them!

Had Dwayne and Mike out to today from Dascor Plumbing. I ask for Dwayne each time for he is a perfectionist at his job and he wants it done right each time. This my 3rd time using Dascor on different projects and each time it's done right every time. The prices are good not cheap but when Dwayne leaves your house you can be sure it's done without the worry of a water problem (leak). Thanks Dascor and Dwayne for coming to my house and educating me on the Do""""s and Do Not's.

Dascor came to unplug our plumbing. First or second plug-up in the 20 years we have lived here. They went down a vent pipe on the roof, somewhat downstream in our plumbing system and got the sewer pipe flowing again. Charged us $295! My bad for not getting a quote first! (Home Depot rents a 50' electric snake for $40 per half day) Then after one month of use it plugged again, further upstream. They indicated they would be happy to come out and do it again for another $295! I recommend hiring a plumbing company that does it right the first time and stands behind their work. Or save $250 and rent a snake.
