The 2 gentlemen that came to my home today was excellent. They were very professional and helpful. Thank goodness for them. I would recommend them to everyone. Great service!!!!
I had a complete plumbing system of whole house at a astronomical price of 8500 dollars .The plumber left unfinished pex pipe with 3 leaks . He cut a hole in roof for venting and took no reguards to properly putting a cap on vent or flashing around vent. Toilet pipes was left leaking . Then he came out the 2nd time and wanted 750.00 poor workmanship and especially taking advantage of seniors
They did work for a warranty claim replacing a water softener that went out completely. The install was ok with the exception of they did not make the pipes parallel they just squeezed them together and force fitted them. That did not leak and I am not basing the review off that. The drain line they connected for the softener regeneration started dripping so I called them on a recall since they were the installer. I talked with someone and they said they would return my call. That was weeks ago. Needless to say I am fixing all this myself because I will no longer trust them to do a job correctly. Not when they ignore customers like that.
I sure had high hopes for them but their apathy on the install problem left the whole thing sour and a puddle of water in my basement. Not to mention a water softener that no longer looks new due to salt residue from the leaking line.
Not recommended. They will lie to your face and refuse to reimburse you for damages they caused. After two trips of them coming out to fix my issue... it is now worse than when it started. Would not recommend anyone attempting to call this scam company.
Katrina R.No phone call, No repair and two days and counting without a water heater. Oh yeah and a day o of work missed and the part needed was available locally but you decided to order it. I will make sure no one I know personally and no one that I know in my line of the remodel and fire restoration business will use your services. Your customer service is beyond apathetic and sub-par
We had an appointment set up for a Friday afternoon between noon - 2pm so I took off early from work. The office called and said they were running late. They showed up about 3:15. They worked on the main line and then went to the toilet in the basement. Their equipment broke so they packed up and said they would have their office call on Monday morning to schedule a time to finish the job. I waited until about noon for them to call and they didn't so I called them. They rescheduled to come back out Tuesday 4-6pm. My wife took off early to make sure she was there on time. I received a call from them about 5pm stating they wouldn't be out and they would reschedule. I was told they would be out Wednesday 4-6 to finish the job. Unfortunately I already have paid them so I think I am going to have a hard time to get them to come back. I would call another plumber but this is who my home warranty wanted me to use.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Called them at 11 pm and they didn't show till 2 pm the next day. Left my basement a mess. Had to use my hose to clean up there ONE towel they brought. Didn't fix the issue at all! Came back out after being very rude on the phone. The second visit wasn't any better. They made my bathroom a total mess and tracked in dirt on my brand new carpet. The guys doing the work only wanted to sell me other services and didn't know anything about the service that they had come to do. I ended up calling a different company that evening and having them come out the next morning and quickly and cleanly fix my issue.

Chris V.Short story: claimed unnecessary work, sat on payment check, cashed 3 months later after performing 10% of the claimed work required.
I was referred to this guy through my home warranty program due to a water heater leak. I could not get the inlet valve shut off and did not want to risk a pipe bursting, so I insisted on an emergency visit which I understood up front to be an additional $149 on top of the $100 deductible for the warranty service call.
When he arrived, he insisted, after almost no troubleshooting, than the whole tank had to be replaced. OK, that's what the warranty was for. Knowing I was locked in through the warranty system, he proceeded to tell me all kinds of reasons why he couldn't get a replacement tank that would fit and he would have to perform $450 worth of pipe redirects and re-fittings. I balked and told him I would call him next week to discuss further work.
After the water inlet was turned off, which he DID manage to do, to his credit, I was able to troubleshoot later and find that the leak was not from the tank, but from the hot water outlet pipe. The fitting had become loose during a particularly cold and rainy spell and was just barely unthreaded enough to allow a small leak which continued to trickle down the side of the tank. I tightened it up and no more leak.
They called back the following week at which point I told him the work was no longer necessary. The lady who called was unable to confirm immediately if I would receive my $100 warranty deposit back since no warranty related work was performed, and said they would contact me soon with more info.
Fast forward 3 months and I had forgotten all about them. The check never cashed, so I assume they just disregarded the call entirely or lost the check. Either way, since I had not heard back from them, I did not care. Then, suddenly, this morning my debit card was declined and I logged in to the bank to find the check suddenly cashed.
Darwyn and co, you are scum who prey upon individuals in compromising situations. Your decision to cash the check more than 90 days after the service call with no followup has put me in a temporary pinch, but I promise you I will do what I can to ensure nobody I know chooses you as a plumbing service provider. Worst of the worst.
It was 10 PM and my sump pump had failed and the secondary pump wasn't keeping up. The kids and I were getting tired of bailing water and all the hardware stores had just closed. I called the home warranty people and the only company that responded to our emergency was Darwyn's plumbing.
They were very professional and courteous. Quickly got the secondary pump working and changed out the primary pump.
They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need like some other companies in the area. Definitely would use their service again and recommend to friends.
