Darryl and his assistant, Domingo were great. They installed a water softener, the loop for it, installed a water heater and fixed the faucets the other ""guys"" put in backwards. They arrived when they said they would, they completed everything they promised. Everything is working perfectly. We even had them back a few days later when the irrigation system broke. Now that is working as it should as well. Very reasonably priced, great service.

My rating is based only on customer relations, which is an important aspect of any business. I phoned Darryl's Plumbing this morning. Usually, businesses answer the phone with the name of the company. If I call a business and someone answers with only ""Hello,"" I suspect that I might have the wrong number. Anyway, the conversation went like this:
Darryl: Hello.
Me: Good morning, is this Darryl's Plumbing?
Darryl: Who is this?
Me: My name is Randy.
Darryl: Okay.
Me: So is this Darryl's Plumbing?
Darryl (in a gruff voice): Yes, but you need to say who you are and who you represent because I get calls all the time.
At this point, I just hung up the phone, because I work too hard for my money to give it to someone who's disrespectful to a potential customer. I called another business and got my problem taken care of by a very pleasant person. If you choose to call Darryl's Plumbing, please be aware of how he expects you to address him on the telephone.

I've used Darryl twice. On both occasions he was professional, fast, and fairly priced. Darryl does in fact still do plumbing and he uses assistants whom he trains.

The big thing for me is that both times I had to call Darryl were emergencies, and both times he responded quickly, got the job done right, and charged a very fair price. Darryl is my plumber of choice.

Darryl did a great job at installing a water pressue regulator valve at my house when there was very little room to work with. He finished the job that he said he was going to do and he charged me a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Family visiting and the first one that arrives has to take a cold shower! Darryl and Paul came over the next AM, they did a great job, cleaned up, and we were back in action right away. I try to avoid the mega-chains when possible, because they tend to flip you the middle finger if you have a problem. Local small business owners tend to actually care about satisfaction, especially in this era of social media rating of everything. I hope not to see them for a long time, but if I need a plumber, I know who I am calling, especially when I mainly live out of state, and need someone that I can trust without me looking over their shoulder.

Darryl Archer, the owner of Darryl's plumbing is an honest and wonderful man. My house in Sun City Grand has had myriad plumbing problems, the dishwasher wasn't working, the kitchen sink was stopped up, the garbage disposal wasn't working and the sprinklers some how sprung an underground leak - Darryl has fixed every one of the issues quickly, and has been so kind in the process. My sister and I inherited this house from my father and we conducted a lot of business with Darryl over the phone. He has helped us out enormously and has never tried to take advantage of the difficult situation. He has a great way with pets (my 8 pound dog tried to attack him), and with people alike. It's wonderful to have a plumber to call that can be trusted.

If you're looking for a plumber you can't go wrong with Darryl's plumbing! His rates are reasonable and he does amazing work! He even referred us to a landscaper that also did a wonderful job at reasonable prices!!!

We love Darryl and are so glad that we found him!

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon. They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses. I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe. I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone. Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe. I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone. Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name. I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number. That's pretty messed up.

I am very pleased with Darryl's Plumbing. Had a major toilet leak and they arrived about 2 hours later. Fixed our problem completely. Will always use them. Wonderful couple of guys. will always use them. Nice family guys. Thank you for your excellent service.

I'm a property manager and small-time real estate investor looking to purchase another property here in Arizona. Darryl came out yesterday morning 10/23/17 to inspect the water pressure on a home I may purchase. He was prompt, informative and thorough with his assessment of the possible problems and expenses I may incur. Darryl's many years of experience helped ease my concerns. Darryl's price is reasonable, and the bonus is, Darryl is a friendly, all-around great guy. Having dealt with dozens of plumbers in the past on multiple properties I've managed from California to Arizona, I can honestly say Darryl is a wonderful, easy-going plumber with quality skills to investigate a residence for potential plumbing problems and/or repairs. If I need a plumber in the future, I will again call Darryl.
