Yelp needs an additional category/rating system for those companies who blow you off and/or lie to you. -5 stars would be my rating. I made the first call at 14:59 and sent a short vid and a pic of the hot water cartridge leak. """"I'll have to show it to the manager. He's in a meeting right now."""" I call back at 16:19, the answering service answers the phone. This company blew me off and closed the doors and left me hanging. If you cannot remedy my needs, that's OK, tell me. DO NOT lie to me! Not good business practice.

we had a leaky kitchen sink and my wife wanted a faucet changed in the powder room. Gab did a great job. The kitchen sink leak was more involved that i first thought but it was fixed rather quicky.

Oct 4 2023 was a sort of plumbing shock when the bathtub drain pipe broke at an almost inaccessible point below floor level in the little access closet behind the bathtub of this 70yo house. Darley's were here within just a couple hours. It took Glenn 2 hours to painstakingly tap out the iron shards that had rusted over time to the good pipe. The alternative was cutting the floor- Thank you, Glenn, and thank you helper SL for making the best of old plumbing. There was no clean up or repairs after they left. Darley's has been my plumber for many years, and I hope they remain so for many years to come.

Don't believe the hype on their video. These guys are just as bad as the rest. I gave them a good review prior to their coming out and then they go and cancel the appointment and offer me an appointment two weeks later. These bombs can't be keep people working for them, apparently don't pay enough to get their workers to come in and they'll give a damn why did they cancel the appointment or not. Can't wait for Amazon to get into the business of plumbing so they can run all of these crappy small businesses out of business

Called Darley's specifically for an estimate because our hot water wasn't working in one of the showers (THEIR WEBSITE SAID FREE ESTIMATES). they sent out a plumber and the plumber said it will take about couple of hours and is not a quick replacement job that he thought he could finish while he was out there. No work was done and the keep sending invoices for $145 for NO WORK DONE. When I called to enquire about the invoice they say they don't do free estimates and were very unprofessional and threated to put a lien on my property. THEIR WEBSITE IS FALSE FOR SAYING THEY DO FREE ESTIMATE I cannot comment on their quality of work because NO WORK was done.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. We had a leak on New Year's Eve. They came out opened the wall up and found it. The two gentlemen that came our were knowledgable about locating the leak behind the wall. Very little cutting of the drywall had to take place and before they left they cleaned up the area. They told me when the timer started and when it ended. The price was more than reasonable. I would use them again. Thank you!!!!

Shout out to Christy who very kindly helped me with my questions about possible rebates when purchasing a tankless hot water heater. She went above and beyond to help me. I didn't end up going with Darley's but I'm impressed by their office staff.

Website advertises free estimates, no trip charges. Came out and was not a plumbing issue so did nothing. Received an invoice stating they did nothing but wanted $115. Was never told, even when they were here! Beware of """"free estimate""""!

I was able to get an appoinment the same day I called, it was a weekday. In fact, the plumber showed up earlier than scheduled. He tested the drain to figure out the best way to unclog the sink. He decided the best way was directly at the sink instead of the roof, which would have been a little more. He explained the best way to maintain the clearance of the pipes and was very pleasant. I am happy with the service I received.
