Top notch service and professional approach. Have used Kevin a couple of times for both small and large jobs. He has always been responsive and priced fairly for the quality of work provided (excellent). Always make sure you get a quote before you start work (this is true of any contractor). He installed a slop sink, pump and replumbed our kitch sink back to the main sewage line. Everything was top of the line work.

These guys will rip you off hard! I asked them to thaw some pipes, and when they sent me a bill it was over $700!!! That should cost $200 max. When I called to ask why they said ""we charge our plumbers for travel time, and to rent equipment."" Save your money, call someone who has their own equipment and won't charge you for time they are sitting in a car.

Very happy with Darien Plumbing. Got back quickly when I called about a leak from the rusty old drain pipe fed by my washing machine. Called and came the same day/time as scheduled and Ryan was fantastic, very smart and hard working young man. Fixed the problem quickly. So will certainly look to them for our future needs. Most other plumbers we have tried the past few years were a pain, unreliable or too busy so until now I have switched around.

I had a terrible experience with Joe Kelly from Darien Plumbing and Heating. Everyone that works for him is great, but he has no idea how to run a business. He ripped us off, was rude to me and the entire experience was unfair. He overcharged us and when asked to revisit how much time the entire job had taken, he didn't even revisit it, but instead went on and on about how long he had been in business. I am all about fairness and this was an awful experience.
