Actually came across Darci on a fluke -- I do need some plumbing work done and when I saw an unrelated post by one of their plumber's apprentices on Facebook and shared my opinion, he became very confrontational and insulted my opinion, even after I tried to be kind! Kindness never hurts and I hope this young man can work through whatever is bothering him to become a better person. For now, I'll look elsewhere for my plumbing needs.

They charge an expensive fee just to come out ($150). They could not figure out why my toilet was filling up with soapy bubbles and I got stuffed with a $650 bill

We had worst experience ever with them. First trip they could not locate source of leak from a kitchen sink. Then they replaced a water filter system that turned out not to be broken. The incompetent plumber installed it incorrectly and it exploded, flooded our apartment and caused $98,000 damage because the wood floors are warped and need to be completely redone. And their insurance company, Nationwide is grasping at anything to try to find them not liable. I strongly advise to stay away from them. They are not cooperating in the claim or taking any responsibility for the damage they caused.
