Very in professional and crooked plumber. Quotes us about $ 80 to check our backflow device because it was leaking. After messing with it some more and removing a few parts, he tells us to pay him $800+ to replace the whole kit. Of course we question him why the whole thing is leaking so much worse than before he touched it. We agree that now we have to replace it with him since another plumber would cost us more. His answer is to get angry at us, says he Doesn't want to to the job and storms off while threatening us with
""Remember your valve is on the street!""
We later find out he STOLE all the remaining parts and we have no recourse bit to buy a new kit!
