Bait and switch. Stay away from this guy because he acts real nice but he will take you to the cleaners on price--- example he said to put in just a toilet and a pedestal sink with all the plumbing right where we wanted it would be $2450 and mind you we bought The sink and the toilet and all the plumbing lines were directly below the new sink and the new toilet so there was virtually nothing other than very short lines and his labor ...the septic line was even right below the toilet and the sink that we purchased ...and he also said it would take less than a day to do it...now you tell me how he's coming up at $2450 at 150 an hour for two men and less than one day? He first suggested under 1,000 but apparently after he seen our home he changed his mind. I also asked for a written proposal and he would not send it and of course the reason is because he appears to know his price is ridiculous and that I would show it to people. Stay away. Outrageous.
