Jim S.Rick Darby installed all the plumbing in our home when it was built in 2006 that included a recirculating tankless water heater. One of my neighbors just had another plumbing failure in his home, built shortly after mine. It made me think about the problems I'm not having. Rick did it right the first time. If I were to describe him in one word, it would be methodical.
Mark D.Very dissatisfied! Service call fee was not disclosed! He was asked to light a pilot light and charged a $140 fee! Lesson learned. I would look elsewhere for a plumber. Also requested a receipt stating paid in full. Such receipt was never received.
