They said they would be here between 8am and10am, and he was here by 8:15. Got right to work. Found the problem in 5 minutes and got it repaired in 20 minutes. Cleaned up and we paid a reasonable price and he offered a year maintenance plan which we went with. Will recommend them to everyone.

Incompetent repair man and false promises. the repair man came, did not inspect anything and promised a written report based on observation ... none came. i hired another guy, who fixed issue in less than an hour

One of the worst companies I have ever delt with.

I had a hot water tank replaced, I had nothing but issues with the new tank from the time the installation was complete.

After the issues I did some research on the company and found the following-
1) did not have a pluming license.
2) did not have insurance
3) did not get a permit to install the new tank.....required by city of Arlington.
4) the person they had install my new tank was not even a licensed plumber.

My fault for not checking them out ahead of time, I tried to support a local business. I won't make that mistake again.

We have had an absolutely horrible experience with Dapper Plumbing and Electric. We remodeled two bathrooms and they provided both the plumbing and electric portions. They were extremely messy. They trashed our carpets and refused to put down any type of track paper. They are telling me that I need to get three separate quotes for carpet cleaning to clean up their mess before they will even consider reimbursement. They over charged us for work that they did not perform. They charged us to replace sink drain pipes that they did not do. Their communication Is horrible. They make you use this text system, which several people seem to manage. You sometimes get an immediate response. Other times it takes several days. We signed up for their preferred maintenance program. The benefits were very confusing. One person said that you dont get 10% discount on new installations while the owner says you do. They also promise with this program priority service. Does making you wait four weeks sound like priority service? I gave this group multiple opportunities to make things right. The owner is rude and extremely dismissive. Beware of doing business with them. They are very unprofessional and overcharge. They are not worth the headache and hassle especially since there are better options to go with.

I previously posted my experience with Dapper Plumbing after being charged $900.00+ for 1-1/2 hours of work to unclog my drain and install a garbage disposal.

After having a very nice conversation with the owner, he offered a $400.00 refund which I think was fair and which I received promptly.

Dapper plumbing was prompt, professional, and did good work. They do charge by the job, not per hour. If this meets your needs they may be the company for you.

Beware. Charged $900.00 for 1-1/2 visit to unplug drain and install garbage disposal. Our fault for not getting estimate but they were the first available.

Apparently my earlier comment had an error.  After questioning my husband he did get an estimate which he signed thinking that was the going rate for plumbers.  But he is 71 and trusting.  Upon looking up plumbing costs in our area I find that Dapper Plumbing charged over twice the going rate.  I see there is a review from another senior who had an even greater charge.  I would think a reputable company would give senior discounts, not unfair charging.

Highly recommend Dapper Plumbing! Our well house pressure tank was spewing water at 6pm so we had to disconnect the power causing us to lose water to the house and shop. We called Dapper at 6:30pm, scheduled an appointment for 7am the next morning, water was back on by 8am and charged a minimal fee (I wanted to pay more). You can't beat a response time like that. James was super knowledgeable about the system and pleasant to interact with. We have had our share of negative experiences with plumbers so this was a refreshing change. We will absolutely call them the next time we need assistance. Thank you!

I scheduled an consultation to get a few fans repaired. The day before they'd scheduled to come out someone called me to reschedule for the end of the week. Then they gave me a two hour window and never arrived. Don't waste your time, energy, or money on this bunch of schmucks.

I would highly recommend Dapper Pluming. We had a pressure tank that failed. They diagnosed the issue and were very knowledgeable about how our water system functions. The repair was quick and reasonably priced. The people that came to the house were very pleasant and professional.

People need to know this especially the elderly.
I am a 70 yo widow. My toilet blocked and I went online to find a plumber. DAPPER PLUMBING responded. They came over and fixed the problem which took about one hour. They charged me $1001.00 -yes, one thousand dollars. I did not realize that I signed for this amount. When I did realize I though Oh my goodness and called them. I believed they would do the right thing and ensure I would get a refund and charge me a reasonable amount. I spoke to one of the owner who, as an owner, could make this happen. The best they said they would do was give me $100 refund. He said they charge per the service and not per hour. I know that legally I cannot do anything. I am more than upset and feel that I have been abused and taken advantage of. And my savings are down $1000.
What a lesson!!
So I just wanted to be sure that the elderly who often make choices based on trust, are aware that there are people out there who cannot be trusted and will take you for a ride and then make excuses so they can sleep at night.
