Dapper has excellent customer service ! From the young lady on the phones to the technicians ! I would highly recommend this company . Their prices are on par with others and the quality of work is excellent !!

These clowns came out 2.5 hours after the scheduled window to give me an estimate on replacing my kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. They told me it would be $2,500! Bahaha I have to wonder if they actually wanted my business or were just there to collect the $108 dispatch fee. I was told it would take 6-8 hours..even if it did take that long they want to charge $300 an hour?! outrageous..I would avoid these jokers

This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have seen in my 62 years. Paid them 12,000 to install a heat pump, they played bait and switch on us , we paid for the newest technology, they installed a different older unit. They left us with no ac most of the summer saying they were waiting for samsung assistance because they didn't know how to fix it. They demanded that we accept the wrong unit and I was the one who figured out why it was not working. I had to research to prove to them they didn't even know the rules of their jobs for temperatures from the thermostat. If you call this company it is at your own risk. Very sad service.

Dapper has been our go to for plumbing and electric for 3 years. I just left a message on the owners machine on a weekend after the fourth of july and to my surprise he called me back and talked me through the issue i was having and assured me they would have a tech out the next day. These people care and that is rare to find nowadays!

Scheduled service for between 12-2PM today.
Took time off work to ensure I'd be here. At 3PM (1 hour after the scheduled window). I call to ask to see if there were any updates and they said they would call the person scheduled to come out and they should call me.
At 4:48PM I get a text notification that they are on their way (see attached screenshot). 10 minutes later I receive a quote for the job. $750 to literally uncap the gas line that's outside and attach the grill's line. (I called them because I do not like messing with gas/electricity). Absolutely ridiculous.
No communication about being late, missed half a day of work, and finally at 5:30PM I called and told them to cancel as I'm just fed up at this point. Highly disappointed in this service and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

They said they would be here between 8am and10am, and he was here by 8:15. Got right to work. Found the problem in 5 minutes and got it repaired in 20 minutes. Cleaned up and we paid a reasonable price and he offered a year maintenance plan which we went with. Will recommend them to everyone.

Incompetent repair man and false promises. the repair man came, did not inspect anything and promised a written report based on observation ... none came. i hired another guy, who fixed issue in less than an hour

One of the worst companies I have ever delt with.
I had a hot water tank replaced, I had nothing but issues with the new tank from the time the installation was complete.
After the issues I did some research on the company and found the following-
1) did not have a pluming license.
2) did not have insurance
3) did not get a permit to install the new tank.....required by city of Arlington.
4) the person they had install my new tank was not even a licensed plumber.
My fault for not checking them out ahead of time, I tried to support a local business. I won't make that mistake again.

We have had an absolutely horrible experience with Dapper Plumbing and Electric. We remodeled two bathrooms and they provided both the plumbing and electric portions. They were extremely messy. They trashed our carpets and refused to put down any type of track paper. They are telling me that I need to get three separate quotes for carpet cleaning to clean up their mess before they will even consider reimbursement. They over charged us for work that they did not perform. They charged us to replace sink drain pipes that they did not do. Their communication Is horrible. They make you use this text system, which several people seem to manage. You sometimes get an immediate response. Other times it takes several days. We signed up for their preferred maintenance program. The benefits were very confusing. One person said that you dont get 10% discount on new installations while the owner says you do. They also promise with this program priority service. Does making you wait four weeks sound like priority service? I gave this group multiple opportunities to make things right. The owner is rude and extremely dismissive. Beware of doing business with them. They are very unprofessional and overcharge. They are not worth the headache and hassle especially since there are better options to go with.

I previously posted my experience with Dapper Plumbing after being charged $900.00+ for 1-1/2 hours of work to unclog my drain and install a garbage disposal.
After having a very nice conversation with the owner, he offered a $400.00 refund which I think was fair and which I received promptly.
Dapper plumbing was prompt, professional, and did good work. They do charge by the job, not per hour. If this meets your needs they may be the company for you.
