Connor came to my house to install a water heater and was just so well mannered and competent. He took his time discussing all aspects of the installation and showed us how to operate it. Kudos to Danza plumbing and he will always be called upon first!!

This morning I discovered we had a severe issue with our sump pump spraying water at a juncture (I late learned a check valve) and it was hitting the outlet into which the sump pump was plugged. Besides the safety we had a serious mess as it had been hitting a number of boxes and some old wooden furniture.

I called my regular plumber, Chris Collins (excellent) who wasn't available until the next afternoon. Since it was an immediate need I asked Chris for a referral and he recommended Danza. I called, was connected within three rings, and was told that when free one of the plumbers would call to arrange to come over this afternoon.

As luck would have it Chris Collins then texted and said he could come over this afternoon, at which point my doorbell rang: it was Robbie from Danza.

Robbie went to the basement, calmly assessed the situation, and initially tightened the clamps, find that wasn't the issue indicated the check value needed to be replaced. Fortunately, he had a replacement in his truck. From the time of his arrival until he left it was about 30 minutes.

Besides being relieved and grateful, I was completely impressed. Robbie was calm, polite, and focused (additionally, he was patient with my very friendly, but hyper dog.)

I felt the amount charged was very fair considering it was an emergency call from someone who's not been a previous client.

When Chris Collins initially said he wasn't available I was panicked, as he's honest and excellent at his work, so I felt like I was taking a random chance till Chris recommended Danza -- I knew that he would only recommend a firm that he thought was reliable. He was absolutely correct and now I am a fan.

Danza plumbing is excellent. Had a leaking toilet replaced. Previous installation had the toilet seal composed of plaster with the wax ring not even being compressed. I swear my house was built by the Three Stooges. Conner rose to the challenge and replaced to flanges for the perfect seal - beautiful.
Danza is very responsive (scheduled for next day after call) and the price was very reasonable. Quite refreshing!

So impressed with Danza Plumbing. There are my go to plumbers. They are responsive, can come to your house quickly and are so nice. They have been at my house a few times, most recently to unplug and then reinstall my oven, dishwasher and sink for my kitchen remodel. Everything went smoothly and they were a pleasure. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional would be words to describe Danza Plumbing. Bob is always willing to come out as needed to fix or review problems with our plumbing. The most recent was when I bought a smart unit to review my water usage. It showed a leak in the system. He came out looked in a number of places and appears to have rightly determined that there was nothing wrong with the system based on the water meter in conjunction with the reporting from the unit. It appears to be the smart unit that is misidentifying our system. I'd highly recommend Bob/Danza Plumbing, knowing that you'd be in great hands, and frankly, at a reasonable price.
