These guys are crocks. Do not do business with this company. They will rip u you off. Expect them to send more workers then required and expect payment same day of service.
Real nice people if you can ever talk to them we've had couple appointments no show very unusual someone buy you out or what and where are you ????
They didn't help with plumbing but me and my grandma were kind of stranded and they took time out of there day to help us find and fix the problem. Super nice and helpful

good work, they were a little slow due to illness and unfortunate series of events but eventually they communicated and got job done.
He is amazing ! New employees, new attitude, helps however, and payments on bills were accepted if you were in a tight spot. Fixed my problem in no time! I will use him again and tell all my friends and family!
I needed a faucet replaced and shut off valves under the sink replaced scheduled a time ask them to call me before the come they did not call and they did not show up at the scheduled time waited 2 days didn't hear from them when I called she said they called me didn't get an answer and they came to replace faucet and no one was home so she's calling me a liar My advice is call Hudsons plumbing excellent service arrived on time very knowledgeable
Coantha B.My advice would be go elsewhere for your plumbing needs. I initially called them because I had a stoppage somewhere within my pipes in my house. It wasn't draining properly and wasn't reaching the main sewer line. I requested they use a camera to determine exactly what and where the problem was. They did not arrive at the designated time, they did use the camera, but said the battery had run down and went back to their office. Returned 2 hrs later, used some type of forced air through the pipes and reported I would have to drill down through my concrete slab and replace pipes. They still did not fix the problem. I called another plumber and he found the problem and fixed it.
When I couldn't get ahold of my previous plumber, I checked with the BBB and found that Dan's was the only plumbing service in the immediate area that was both a long-time member and had no complaints filed.
I needed to replace my older, cheap water heater. It was installed in the back of a closet, and was an odd size. Dan came up with a modern, higher capacity model that fit the space, and installed it complete with an emergency water cut-off valve.
Later I asked him to look at one of the toilets which wouldn't flow easily. I thought it was a piping problem in the drain system. They checked it out thoroughly, and discovered that the problem was in the toilet, itself. The previous owners of the house had dropped something metal into the toilet and it had jammed in so thoroughly it couldn't be removed. Dan's installed a new Kohler, of much better quality than the old toilet. It works great.
My only complaints are that they did not caulk the bottom of the toilet where it sits on the tile, and they did not leave the manual for the toilet. I learned at Kohler's website that it is a water-saver model that flushes harder if the lever is held down a moment after pushing it down.
UPDATE: It is now almost two months later. Despite repeated requests, they still have not sent me the manual or even called back with the model number.
The toilet has developed a problem: it acts like it has a stuck flapper - the water runs for a short period, then the float slowly drops, then the water runs, then the float drops.... Unfortunately this model does not use a flapper, but some other kind of valve. Dan's said the valve is dirty and needs cleaning, and that this is not covered by warranty (even though this is a brand new toilet, purchased from them and that they installed).
Since I don't have the manual, I have contacted Kohler to see if we can determine the model number and get the information on cleaning the valve.
I have therefore reduced my rating from four to two stars.
