Brand new Olbrot construction. 1st problem, found 1st week moved in, leaking in basement copper pipe to outside spicket. 2nd problem, found 3rd week moved in, installed sub pump with rocks still in pit causing flooding and damage in our basement. 3rd problem- just discovered, but apparently beeñ leaking all along- overflow main bath tub leak. This one we are 4 months out of warranty and they will not fix even though it was leaking all along. We do not recommend because they do not own up to their mistakes.

They are professional, kind, honest, and very friendly with my kids.
I wouldn't use any other plumbing company besides Dans. They are the best around.

Cody called to confirm visit, was comfortable explaining our sink clog and his solution. Finished, and cleaned up, within one hour. Price reasonable, and we have our kitchen sink back! Professional help is always, always the best. Did I mention it was week before Christmas?!

Using this service based on a recommendation, I found their prices are costly. Their base rate is about $110 and hour and to add insult to injury, they even charge you this rate for transportation time. Even an airline pilot doesn't have this wage or perk. Then, I was over charged by 10% and trying to get this amount back was like pulling hens teeth. I finally contested it with my credit card company and won. Their work is OK, but please be careful, mighty careful using Dan's Plumbing Service....

Another awesome service. This company hires the best! Scott came out and went our list of things we needed done. Worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Explained everything he was doing and solved problems another installer had done. Love this company !!

I called this business after seeing it on Nextdoor. The woman who answered was very rude and HUNG UP on me. When I called back a man answered. He laughed when i asked him for a quote. Nasty people!!!

Absolutely horrible. They were called to service backed up plumbing into my home. I told them the septic was recently pumped and it is now full of water NOT waste. They rodded a line from the house to the septic, said it wouldn't drain. Well of course the septic is full of water. They said the cause of the issue could not be fixed by them, they are incapable of doing so. I was still charged $150 and the original issue still exists. I paid them $150 for them to tell me something I already knew. And they tracked mud in my house and didn't clean up after themselves. Horrible service. I will NEVER recommend them unless someone asks to waste money, then they are perfect for the job.

They installed my fiberglass tub, after two years the floor has cracked. Did not put supports underneath! Bad weld on shower piping, water leaking out of sides of shower wall. Toilet malfunctions! Ejector pump was not upgraded to facilitate a toilet so that came up through the basement . when I call, they don't return the call. Had another plumber fix (replace)the ejector pump. Called about the tub floor...they told me, my warranty is up after a year. Shower, they came for that, then asked me who installed it. Told them you guys! And you're not charging me. They didn't. But I'm stuck with a cracked tub floor which is going to mean replacing the whole tub, at my expense!
