I needed a kitchen sink unclogged and a garbage disposal replaced. Spoke to John Paul and he agreed to do the job. Arrived in the early afternoon and checked the sink and told us that he wouldn't have enough time to finish the job, citing that an emergency that came up. Also said that he was unaware that we wanted the garbage disposal replaced...even though I have text messages that prove otherwise. Left and never came back. Didn't call or text with an update. Very unreliable and would not recommend.

Great service. Called Mike for a for a quote on a water pressure regulator and he was able to come out for an inspection right away. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his inspection, which was at least 20 minutes and free. After, he gave us an exact estimate for the service we needed and no pressure to accept his offer. Installation was just as easy and we haven't had any problems since. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been using these folks for about six years for a home and a rental. Nice family business. No run-around like you get with a lot plumbing places. When you call, you reach the plumber, Dan, not a referral service or operator. Dan's sons seem to be making most of the service calls these days as Dan is a bit older, though Dan definitely still oversees everything. For me, it's nice to know I have someone to call. I was at my parents house in Northern CA last Christmas eve, and the septic tank started experiencing a problem late at night. I was pouring through the yellow pages and searching Yelp for a plumber, and kept getting referral services/operators who didn't know when/if a plumber would be available and were not familiar with the area. If that happened at home in Los Angeles, I know I'd reach Dan and know immediately if/when he was available.

I've had Dan and his Son Micheal out to the house twice to take care of emergency repairs and they were both extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The second time they were here was just today (Sunday) to replace a ruptured hot water tank. They stopped by first to ensure that indeed the tank was the problem - rather than replacing what may have been a good tank with a broken pipe and charging me for it.

I'm sorry to write this review because our first service was fantastic with a fair price, however, when we asked for another quote for a different problem, we were quoted a much higher amount than other plumbers we had estimates of. It was actually double the amount and without copper plumbing, like the others have offered. Sadly, I won't be using nor referring them to anyone.

Came out and cleared the lines on a SUNDAY! Fast and professional service! Very fair prices and in the neighborhood! We have a lot to do in this old house and we will be using them again for sure! He is going to call us with a quote for the garbage disposal and I will update you and let you know how it goes!

I liked them so much I had them install a garbage disposal! They did great job! They were on time, polite and clean ! They actually knocked the price down $10 from the quote. They also re-did the electrical wiring for it at no charge. Can I give them 6 stars????
