Great customer service! The office staff is super friendly and courteous. We've had them a couple of times to do repairs and swap out some fixtures, and everyone is very customer friendly. They just came to fix a leak and since it was simple didn't charge me a dime. Thanks Dan's!

Today's appliances are sold on the option of extended warranty or expect its demise +/- two years later. The pilot light on our 5 year old water heater failed and our tenants were without hot water. They reported the failure at 9:38 pm. I came to the house, relit the pilot and thought all was well. Unfortunately, I got a call early am saying that there still was no hot water. I called PGE (as their crew was working nearby the day before) and they responded and determined the thermocouple needed replacement. Frantically, I called different 7/24 service plumbers and Dan came through. Not only was he able to come within a two hour window, but he also had the replacement part.

Today's hotwater heaters do not come with a universal thermocouple replacement that you could just go to some hardware store and purchase. It's a special order item. Dan, who has encountered these thermocouple failures had the diligence, presence of mind and foresight to stock a variety so that when he would get an emergency call, he did not need to give the client the somber news that it will take some 5 business days to to get the part. Meantime, you or your tenants would be without hot water!

Dan's price for a weekend service call was reasonable and he was efficient and thorough.

Dan gave us the best plumbing service we have ever had. When scheduling our appointment by phone, Dan already had an idea of why our kitchen faucet repeatedly becomes loose. When he arrived, he determined that what he had thought was wrong was not the case. He proceeded to fix the faucet with a myriad group of tools that we would not have had on hand.
He also gave us advice on how to fix another faucet problem in a bathroom that he thought we could fix ourselves. Dan was honest, efficient, and incredibly helpful. We give him our highest rating.
