This is my second 5 star review of Dan's Plumbing and Sewer Service. They never fail to deliver. Kitchen sink stopped up and garage flooding. Called Dan's Plumbing at 10:22 am. Super fast, super efficient, super friendly Amelia was on it! Amelia scheduled Shane to arrive between 3 pm - 5 pm. Then, going above and beyond, at 11:33 am she offered service 3 hours early between noon and 2 pm. Shane arrived early respectfully leaving a text and offered to wait outside until the assigned time. So we started early - Shane did some troubleshooting, quickly figured out the issue, snaked the entire house, ensured it was working properly - even waiting until a complete cycle of wash had finished. Cleaned the garage floor carefully and billed for a very reasonable cost. All done within an hour. I'd give Dan's Plumbing and Sewer Service 10 stars if I could. Just the best!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Diego was able to install 3 very complex fixtures from Morocco with totally obscure plumbing. No other plumber could figure out how to install them. They are responsive and friendly and will use them for all of our plumbing needs!

I sadly had a gas leak in my old San Anselmo house. It took some doing and expense to find the leak. I got a few estimates and went with Dan's.
They were fantastic. Quick to respond with a quote, quick to schedule the job, which ended up being installation of a new gas pipe.
They were here on time each day and i could not have asked for nicer guys. Dan was great about getting permit, inspectio, etc.
Everyone that I dealt with was professional, kind, and I felt absolutely looked after.
I will use them again for future jobs.

Dan's Plumbing continues to be our go to plumbing service going back 7 years plus. Doesn't seem to be any job they can't tackle. Recently had a toilet replaced and leaking problems. They are always responsive. Dan is great and the people he hires are great too. Diego was friendly, professional and quick to address and fix our problem. A customer service business par excellence!

Dans plumbing is the BEST. I've used them before and once again they came through with flying colors. Jacob is friendly, professional, on time, reasonable and went beyond the call of duty. It's so wonderful to deal with a business and feel cared for and not taken advantage of.thank you. Fixed my shower and put in a new kitchen faucet. All work perfect.

Early this week we woke up to find a leak under our kitchen sink. There was water covering part of our hardwood kitchen floor.

We called four different plumbers in our area to get the problem fixed. Only Don's had room in their schedule that day for us

We scheduled a repair for noon to 2 pm that day.

The man who came out arrived half an hour early. He went right to work and in less than an hour he replaced a bad hose that ran from our dish washer to our shut off valve and the cold water shut off valve itself.

The cost of the repair was reasonable, too.

Went through a restoration company, general contractor and another plumber before hiring Dan's Plumbing. They found the leak in under 10 minutes and had me fixed up in no time. I learned to just call the folks who know what they are doing from the beginning. Thanks Josh for the sold work...Will hire Dan's plumbing again and again!

Awh, Dan is a real gem of a guy! I hired Dan's plumbing to flush my tankless water heater. When the chemical solution he typically uses caused a smell in my water so strong that I didn't feel comfortable drinking it, Dan returned to my home 2x to flush it out with vinegar. He was incredibly accommodating and said he looked at this event as ""an opportunity to learn"" and would from now on use only vinegar. What professionalism and amazing EQ! I've since hired Dan's Plumbing for other work and the team is excellent. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dan's Plumbing. Dan is an independent ""local,"" ie, he lives in San Rafael and his business is located here. He responds immediately to requests for service, and has a first rate team of plumbers. A few days ago the water diverted on our tub's shower faucet went out. I called on Friday, and Marvin, one of Dan's ace plumbers, was dispatched to come on Monday. Marvin was prompt, made an efficient assessment of the problem, ordered the necessary parts and came back two days later to make the repair. I've used Dan before: his men are consistently professional; his prices are stated up front and fair. I've come to trust his service without question!!
