We had a water intrusion problem through the south wall that we were unable to locate, so we called Dan's Leak Detection. Dan and his son came out in just a couple of days and located multiple points of leakage and likely leakage. Mainly the siding was worn out, but I never would have known that without Dan's observations. So now I know what has to be done, and his fee was reasonable, especially considering the expertise and intuition he brought to the job. He's also a good teacher, willing to explain his observations and advice. Two thumbs up!

They came all the way out to Siletz (twice!) for no extra charge. Found a leaky shut off valve on a 5 acre plot and once we fixed that, they came out again and found the main leak. Extremely nice guys and very pleased with the results.

They do a great job, but heyting them to come back out is a real headache. I cal and call and call with no response. They charge a flat fee 305.00 which seems a little steep when they don't follow through.

We had a leak at a church building. City came by and told us we were using the amount of water of a family of 4 (in a month) in the last 11 days. We couldn't find the leak. Called Dan. Dan came by. Located the leak in 7 minutes. City refunded us. Could it have gone any better? Nope. Call Dan! 10/10 would recommend.

We had a leak in the water line between our house and the road (which is about three tenths of a mile). I contacted Dan and he came out a few days later to locate it for us. We needed to know where the leak was so we could have a plumber come and repair it. I contacted Dan repeatedly to find out where the leak was but he wouldn't respond to me for a week. Meanwhile we had water leaking at 30-40 gallons per hour. Once he finally responded we had a plumber come to fix it, but it turned out the leak was not to be found where Dan had marked. It cost me almost $1,000 for the plumber on his first day with no result since there was no leak where marked. Dan did come back out and locate the correct location of the leak so we were able to get it repaired on the second day. Dan was difficult to work with and cost me an extra $1,000! I do not recommend him for this work.

Ezra provided great service! They were here to find the leak the next day I called. Thank you! I would just recommended to make sure the customer knows that they cannot repair the leak. I had to make a couple of calls to find someone to repair it. They still deserve a 5 start because from the phone call to Ezra finishing the detection job the service was great!

great service !!! dan's leak service found our leak . it was a main supply line leak , which was costing us money each month .. ezra worked very hard and "" pin pointed "" our leak. i immediately repaired the problem. i would never have found the leak without dan's leak service ( ezra schaffner ). thank you !!!
