Excellent service. Craig my technician was very nice and went over my HVAC issues and told me what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. Very professional and honest company. I highly recommend them. They also have an after hours operator that will reach the office quickly if you need urgent repair.

8.04.22 Summer heat wave and our central air unit goes down. Dan's team was able to come out the same day and fix our central a/c unit. Service Tech was able to come out the same day we called (thank goodness). Very reasonable rate for this type of emergent situation. 5 stars for Dan's and if we need to help again we will definitely be calling Dan's ! The receptionist was so very nice and sweet too, she pushed to help us. Thank you to Dan's team.

I called Dan's to see if they could remove a pellet heater for us. They were quick to answer calls and complete follow-up. Brent and his team came by to check out the heater and were able to remove it and seal the vent for us at an affordable price. They were friendly, fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend!

Worked with Earl, who spent time helping me find the best system for our home. Our Trane system has performed beyond expectations.
Dan's installers were punctual and spent most of the day with installation.
The installers,Trevor,Joel and Mike delivered an excellent install. Never used Dan's before but they came highly recommended and their work was excellent. Their office was a pleasure to work with, all of them were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Earl and his coworkers!

Dan's installed our new Trane unit in 2015 and we were so happy with their sales and installation service then. They did take the time to explain the maintainance the unit needed but my husband prides himself on being able to maintain things himself. Last year the humidifier wasn't working so my husband decided he could fix it. Well, it never worked right and I insisted that he call in the professionals this year. (He has never had the unit serviced since we bought it!) Well, they came once he remembered to call and told us which part needed replacing (since the filter on the humidifier that needs replacing each year had not been replaced) was not functioning. We ordered the part and today, when they came to install it, they found that last year my husband had actually plugged something up and that the part did not need replacing. (They couldn't actually tell this until they took the part off) Now as a former New Yorker, I was shocked that our repairman was so honest, did not just replace the part and charge me $285! Our repairman was honest and explained what the problem was, fixed what my husband did, and didn't charge us for today's visit! Now they could have put the new part in , charged us and no one would be the wiser. The problem was definitely something they would not have found until they took the whole thing apart, either - my husband doesn't fix things in small ways. I applaud their honesty! Dan's is now my only call for heating and air conditioning repair issues! They have always been open and honest about what we needed here when we bought the unit and now, open and honest about the work to be done. There are honest people in the world! Thank you Dan's!

The service tech they sent was friendly and did a good job. He checked everything I asked and had prices and parts for all that was needed. He had the equipment repaired within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service.

I came home from church yesterday 7/22/2017 and my air was not working. I called which was around 5:45 pm and Debbie called me with in 30 min and Jeff was here by 7:30pm. Less then an hour it was running again. The rate was very reasonable even though it was after hours. I have used them before and it always seems like after hours when something goes wrong. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Debbie and Jeff for all your help.

The salesman for my new air condition condenser etc was fair and honest on his estimate. The guys did a great job installing the system (which the county inspector fully agreed ) and the inspector even said he had them put his unit in. Great job guys!!!
