Had someone come out for a clogged tub drain. He had a big fancy snake, used it for a few minutes and said he was ""getting dirt"" so the drain was broken under the tub, in our slab and basically the whole bathroom would need to be torn apart. He then said they don't do that and left. It felt weird so I called a different company, they used a handheld drill snake, cleared the clog within five minutes and there was no break. Made me question if this company knows what they're doing...

Top Shelf!! Ill call no one else! Zakk Rocks had to scope to identify to bid job. Everyone else over $300 just to scope it. Best people around!

I called Dan's Drains and Digs based upon a recommendation from a friend. We had a rock lodged in one of our drainpipes that could possibly have caused a serious back up and costing $$$$$$ to remove and repair. Zach came to our home and using a camera found the rock. He then located the rock in the drain system and was able to dislodge it and clear the line. Dan will be the first person I call if there are in future needs. Zach was professional, courteous, and tireless in his pursuit of the rock. In short, Dan, Zach and Dan's Drains and Digs are ""Ambassadors of Excellence"" in their business and profession! Call them if you have a need - you will be glad you did!

My second time calling Dan's Drains and Digs...this time for a clogged kitchen sink that I just couldn't fix myself.....she was very welcoming and I had an appointment first thing the next morning since I didn't consider it an emergency for same-day service. Nicholas came out right on time and took care of everything! Extremely reasonable price for the hour he was here! First class customer service. No need to go anywhere else...call Dan's Drains and Digs first! :-)

Dan came out the same day and was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem in about 15 minutes and get it fixed within an hour. Wow, what a great company. Dan (the owner) was super responsive and scheduled same day service for an inspection and cleaning of our main sewer line. His assistant, Zach, was courteous, kind and did a great job. Very reasonable pricing too. We will recommend Dan's Drains to our friends and certainly use them again in the future!
