You know when you have a sewer back up your having a bad day and this was the case for me. After finding this huge mess and getting most of it cleaned up I still had a big problem. Just by chance someone recommended Dan and that's when my luck started to change. From the initial call Dan was great and just happened to be in my area so he was at my house about an hour later. Dan is a true professional and after figuring out the problem he got to work and had it fixed, put back together and cleaned up. I called Dan on a Monday afternoon regarding a clogged shower drain at my mom's house. Since it was not an emergency, an appointment was made for Wednesday morning. Dan was there precisely on-time. He was very courteous and immediately got to work on the clog. Dan was very personable, friendly AND professional. I could tell he appreciated my business. Never felt so mistreated or talked down to ever. We called him for follow-up as he had come out before. He spent a lot of time working the issue, and when it came back a few weeks later, he blamed us for still having a clogged kitchen sink!

Sure when we called for a follow-up, it was during a holiday week and sure he was out of town. And yes, he said, he had lots of experience.

So, we called one of the larger companies who correctly diagnosed the issue, the same day, and haven't had a problem now in 1 1/2 years!

I've dealt with many different people and professionals in my lifetime. Those who are really good never blame others or sit back on their ""years of experience"", rather they go, ""hmmm. you've got me stumped. never seen that before. let me see what I'm missing.""

Dan is a great guy that gets the job done fast and efficiently. He does quality work at prices that cannot be beaten by any other plumber or rooter service in the State! I had a clogged bathroom sink that would drain very slow and poorly, knowing I needed the trap cleared out and mind you it was an old school steel piping system he suggested the pipe would leak in the very near future and to skip snaking and update to PVC for headache free problems in the future, myself being a blue collard tradesman also understood the logic and sence ability. I had a newly purchased faucet for the same sink to be installed by myself but while he was here he kindly did it for me! Give him a call and his specialty is primarily clogged or slow drainage issues on any outgoing pipes in your home and he takes emergency calls after hours and weekends. Dan is the man! Dan restored my faith in humanity!!! There are actually good people out there! I called Dan at 10am for a backed up pipe.... Water was literally flooding my downstairs shower. Drano and liquid plumber did not work so I called Dan. He met me at my house 2 hours after my call.... It was great. He found the block, which was dried up fecal matter....He snaked all the way to my septic and back. He also checked my septic filter and showed me how to clean it!

I've never met Dan before this, but he called me by my first name throughout the whole ordeal, and was super professional. I can't say enough good things about him, and strongly recommend him over any chain places. Dans been doing this for 25 years!!!! He's got this down to a science. Call him!

Recently had an issue where my wife dumped a 'side of beef' down the garbage disposal, which had no problem chewing it up and spitting it down the drain, but that's where the issue started. It ended up clogging the drain pipe about 8' down. I know it was 8' because I went to Home Depot on Saturday to buy a pipe snake, and then proceeded to spend about 4 hours trying to snake the drain myself.

When that wasn't successful, I ended up calling Dan on Sunday morning - costing myself another little chunk of money. Dan was extremely courteous, prompt and had no problem cleaning out the drain. Dan was so nice in fact, my 3 year old was trying to give him a 'tip' by trying to give him a Matchbox Monster Truck, his favorite car.

If you're in the local area, and you need a sewer or drain cleaned, I would highly recommend Dan! His price is very reasonable, and I just wish I had called him on Saturday instead of spending half my night trying to clean it out myself.
