I was in need of having my kitchen drain cleared. Received a flyer for DanRu for $66 drain cleaned with free camera inspection. Called and made appt. When the plumber arrived, he told me he would have to jet the line from the cleanout outside our kitchen on the patio. That was going to cost $475 and included the camera inspection. I agreed. Then the second person showed up, camera tech and boss of the plumber doing the work. Soon I was told they needed a more powerful jetting system, 4000 psi with powerful heads, and that was going to cost $5000!!! He was saying things that had me very stressed and I unfortunately agreed! They left the job and the plumber and helper came back much later to finish the job. The plumber and the camera guy came back the next day. Things went from bad to worse quickly! After putting the camera down the sewer line, Camera guy said my sewer drain pipe was crushed like a Styrofoam cup and I would need to have the travertine patio demolished and removed and the sewer line replaced and they could do the job for $30,000!!!! That's when I knew I was being scammed!!!! I was in text communication with the first plumber a couple days later to see if there was a video copy of the sewer line. I was told there was no video. I then stated that I was getting a second opinion because I was not comfortable with the explanation and the proposed fee! Plumber responded that he no longer worked for the company and had quit after my job!!! He also told me I was charged a commercial fee instead of a residential. I ended up hiring another plumber to put a camera down the sewer line to get his opinion. I have a copy of the video and the pipe is not crushed like the camera person from DanRu said!!! I contacted the office manager and told him my story. He said he would speak with the owner. It was agreed by the owner that I would be reimbursed $2500 and I would receive a check within 10 business days. That time has passed and DanRu will not respond to my phone calls or emails!!! Be very careful with this company! I made a huge costly mistake hiring them!!!! If I could give the company a negative star rating, I would!!!!!

Unreliable. I have to shut down water and notify all resident in our building. When I made the appointment I told him we need to do this . So I had Managment send out notices. Called 3 times to make sure they understood they have 3 hrs. I made another call last now got to confirm again and they didn't show up

I called and scheduled an appointment. They actually called me back telling me they can come out sooner. Quick and fast! They were able to unclog my bathroom sink and the price was upfront. I have called 5 other places prior and this was the one that didn't break my bank! Will definitely use them again!

Had a plumbing issue, water was coming from the base of the toilet. Neighbor provided a referral to another plumber but that person never called. Did a Craigslist search for a local plumber.
Came across a ad for a $66 clean-out. Clicked on the link and found that the company offered a full array of services, including a free estimate. Called and was informed they could send someone out and that they would call me back with a time.
A few hours later I received a knock at my door. Gentleman on the other side of the door identified himself as being from DanRu Plumbing. I told him I was expecting to be called first. He, Mike Garcia, apologized to me for not getting a call. He asked to see the plumbing issue. He explained that it could be a variety of things, that he noted, that could be the issue. He gave me various options to address the matter.
Fortunately for me there was a easily accessible clean-out outlet. Mike did the drain clean-out as well as cleaned up the mess that had already occurred. In the end all was good.

Danru advertised a free camera inspection on cglist. I called for this service. And they came out looking to do other work, but didn't bring camera. 2 weeks later I called for a clogged drain and camera service, they never showed up for 2 hours and finally rescheduled for the next morning. After being an hour late the next morning, they were supposed to snake my drain and put a camera down the drain. They said they could only snake the drain because my drain pipes wouldn't allow the camera to pass and this couldn't provide the camera inspection. But they were still willing to unclog drain. After three failed meetings with these guys, I suggested to the person answering the phone they should quit false advertising.

Gio and Chad are amazing! My husband and I needed help with our backyard drains and these guys got us a quote quickly. Very agressive pricing compared to others and they came back on the same day, on time and worked THROUGH the rain to clear all 10 drains in our backyard. They let us know of any issues and made sure they cleaned up before leaving. Excellent service, would highly reccommend.

I requested bids from several plumbers in the area for a tankless water heater. Danru Plumbing gave me a reasonable bid and I was impressed with their professionalism. Josh from Danru came out, told me how long it would take, the price remained reasonable and since the install, no problems to report! I'd recommend and hire them again.

Use at your own risk... Had a tank less water heater stop working and asked for someone to check out. Was out to my home timely and immediately said needed to be replaced with little inspection. Said cost to replace was $1400 and would be out at 0800 and done by 1000 didnt have to even be here I paid for the replacement. Received a call around 10 saying they couldnt do a tank less for $1400 that he really meant something else which wasn't the conversation that we had at all. $1400 was for the tank less and he verified that to be what he had been told. I then agreed to a normal hot water heater at the $1400. Finally showed up then said we were just kidding would need to be another $400 to move pipes around and maybe more. Mind you this is the same unit that was reviewed and said no problem. I cancelled the order to deal with a professional company and am still waiting for my refund. Based on the lack of professionalism I would pass. Apparently also go by the name of General Drainworks not sure why but not the company I called..... Still waiting for refund to credit card..

Forgot to mention that I asked they put everything back where they found it, they just left everything open and exposed....:-(
