I was happy we the service I received from Danny's Plumbing. I had called a few other Plumbers and they told me they couldn't do the simple job of replacing the cartridge/trim for 2 shower valves.

The other plumbers told me I needed a much more expensive job and had to open up the wall and replace the shower system. They said the cartridge/shower valves were too old to replace. They said they could not find something that old that would work.

Danny came and did the job and was very straightforward. He did a good job for me!

Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have the same experience with Danny's plumbing that some of the other reviewers had. We called Danny on a recommendation of a smaller plumber that could not unclog our sink. We had a great experience that first time and called Danny back when our sump pump failed. We ended up having to spend a few thousand dollars having the pump replaced. Within weeks, we were experiencing problems again with the new system. We had to call at least every two weeks for the first several months the pump was installed. Each time we got the answer that something was clogged in the pump. We weren't putting anything in the drains that would clog the thing so it seems odd that we would have so many problems but none the less, we paid $225 for each service call. The last time we called, our system was failing again and our entire house was backing up. We could not get Danny to come out until the end of the week. We could not wait as the entire neighborhood smelled of sewage and we were unable to use much water in fears that it would overflow so we had to call another company. They said that the previous pump installed was failing and that the pipe and area around the pump needed to be cleaned and rebuilt as it had not been previously done. We were in a hard place and had to basically pay another $2k to get the system fixed once and for all. The new system has been in place for a month with not one single problem. Only time will tell if this holds up, but I feel that Danny did not care to deal with our failing system anymore and that we basically got hosed for $2,000.

In a world of slow and flaky contractors, Danny is doing business right. He was quick, punctual, and flexible. He cared more about quality than other contractors I have spoken to. Looking forward to using him in the future.

- My originally requested plumber via Home Advisor didn't show up nor did he call.

- I made a couple of other phone calls and Danny sent out a plumber right away.
-- A young man named Jesus arrived at my door, greeted me pleasantly and immediately got to work. Jesus was thorough and courteous and polite all the while he worked on my bathroom plumbing problem
-- When I'm ready to finish the work on my bathroom, I'll call and ask specifically that Jesus be sent out.
-- Jesus is an Asset to Danny's Plumbing.

Danny is great! He responded right away and came over in a couple of days to look at our project to remove a bath tub and replace it with a walk in shower pan. He was very flexible working with us to do only the parts we wanted him to do and advising us on the parts we wanted to do ourselves. He was very reasonable on price and very responsive to our schedule. He was very professional and did a great job on time. We will definitely put him at the top of our list for future needs.

On my second use of Danny's plumbing.

I have a Noritz on-demand water heater that failed. I called to get a service call. I spoke to a very helpful person and they showed up to do the job on the same day. What's more the coordinated next-day delivery of the parts and hopefully I will back upon and running tomorrow! Nice job again!
