Rick and his team are the absolute best! They were referred by another plumber who was honest that what we needed was beyond his abilities. Rick answered my distress text within minutes and was able to get a crew in place and to create a kitchen in a previous office space. I had a very tight timeline and the efficiency with which he's communicated and acted has been refreshing to say the least. Beyond that, Rick and his crew have been just plain good people...polite and considerate and highly communicative. I know they have much bigger jobs happening around mine but I haven't felt slighted and am going to be able to open on time thanks to them! I can't recommend them enough. Customer for life now. They're stuck with me!!

The owner and his appreciate son showed up on an emergency call around 4:00 on the Friday before a Holiday weekend! They were prompt, swift, polite, kind, efficient, reasonably priced and did GREAT CLEAN WORK

Rick even called my 11 year old out to show him how it is done. How sweet! We got a new toilet in a blink of an eye, they took the old one away and you would never even know they were there.

Rick Dannan just left after installing a new gas water heater, a toilet, fixing another toilet, and snaking a clogged drain. I have to say he is the best plumber I've hired for such jobs at my house of the 40 years I've lived in it. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and his work is excellent. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues or installations. He charged what was quoted and didn't charge me for a few small fixes that were big fixes for me. All messes were cleaned up, although I don't think he made any messes. He is a five star plumber for sure!

Rick just installed a hot water heater in only a few hours, as promised. Very personable, professional. And he left the basement with absolutely no mess behind. We called Rick to replace a toilet that was leaking. He showed up that day to inspect it and we made an appointment for him to do the work. He showed up on time, checked to make sure all the pipes were in good order and completed the job in no time. It looks and works great. Very happy with his service and will definitely call him again if needed.

I called Rick Dannan a couple years ago to inspect some ancient galvanized plumbing in my basement. He showed up the next day,gave me a complete explanation of what would be needed and when he could do the work. He returned on the agreed date and completed the work in less than a day. It involved replacing all the old galvanized with PEX as well as installing new shower fixtures on the second floor. The guy is a real pro - watching him work,you know he's doing it right. The cost was reasonable and we were happy,happy,happy with the job.
