Asked them to come out and quote a leak fix under my house, which they tell me if I don't hire them will cost me over $90 just for the visit by the way. I mentioned that it was in the crawl space and they were both rude and mad about having to do it. Furthermore, they informed my wife that there was no leak and walked away. Not five days later the leaky connection completely failed causing the header to my exterior hose bib to be gushing water! Had to call the city to shut the main connect off. When I opened the siding up there was black mould indicating that there had in fact been a leak for some time.

I've used Danika a couple times over the past few years. The first time was a toilet replacement that went fine. My most recent experience was quite poor, and I wouldn't use them again. I called Danika to unclog my kitchen sink. During the process of unclogging, they incorrectly inserted the snake above the cleanout, which likely caused the pipe crack that they then discovered there. They then charged me a high fee to repair the crack that they likely caused, nor were they able to clear the clog. They promised to call back with a quote for the next step but never did. So overall, I paid over $1,200 and spent hours of time to be back where I started, and they didn't follow up to help me fix the problem. Another plumber with better tools came out and fixed the clog in 15 minutes for a reasonable price.

Our water heater was done after 20 years and we needed one ASAP! I found Danika on Home Advisor with excellent reviews. I called at 4pm Friday afternoon they were at my house the next day. Ferris and Colin installed our new water heater. They were professional and quick! I initially spoke with Tony. Extremely responsive and genuinely wanted to help. I highly recommend Danika! We now have 75 gallon gas heater (the home was purchased new with a 55 gallon 20 years ago).

I would never call this company again. I had a particular problem because the people that remodeled my condo put a built in shelf four inches above the toilet tank. I didn't even notice it until the tank set broke. I actually didn't get it fixed for over a month because I didn't know what to do. Danika came and the plumber at first said he could get in there and fix it, then he said he had to go back to the shop because the tank set he had wasn't working right. He came back and told me it would be over $400 to fix it, then he left a second time and when he returned he said he would have to remove the tank to fix it and it would cost over $600. When he left, he left a mess in my bathtub and on the floor. You would think for what they charge they could clean up after themselves. The plumber was very friendly and nice, but the company really took advantage of me. I am a senior citizen and I am sick and tired of contractors. Can you imagine? $600 to replace a tank set.

I recently reached out to Danika Plumbing on a Friday evening because my gas water heater went out. they told me that they could have a guy there early Saturday and gave me a 4 hour window to expect the tech.. about 2hours after the window they gave me, Iget a call from the tech who tells me he cant come out because he cant get the parts till monday What Parts? he hasn't even shown up to look and see whats wrong, yet he knows what parts I need? very poor customer service. beware!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with DANIKA PLUMBING LLC, Everett WA. in Snohomish County. You will lose your money in a big way, they charge by commission. YOU will be much better off to find a plumbing company that charges by the hour. Example in their contract, which they have you sign upon meeting you. You sign it. Great for them, bad for you. You think that you will get your plumbing job done or completed, solved. NO WAY. what you just signed was agreement to pay to them for their ATTEMPT to touch or inspect your plumbing problem, for a cost of $300 OR MORE for only 30 minutes of inspection and in the same contract it has the word COMPLETED. This word ATTEMPT, means that they will just TOUCH WITH A FINGER the plumbing problem or INSPECT your plumbing problem, and thus they have completed the act of attempting, or inspecting and therefore you owe them $300 OR HIGHER for doing nothing except touching or inspecting your plumbing problem. Then AFTER this act of ATTEMPTING (WHICH IS JUST A TOUCH OF FINGER) they will ask if you want to pay $1000 minimum or much higher to ACTUALLY REPAIR THE PROBLEM. You say hell no. They say very well, we COMPLETED our ATTEMPT for $300 OR MORE, by simply TOUCHING or inspecting your plumbing problem, so we need a check from you for that amount or we turn over this ATTEMPT contract over to our collections dept. YOU JUST PAID $300 OR MORE, FOR 30 MINUTES OF TOUCHING or VISUAL INSPECTION, AND YOU DID NOT GET YOUR PLUMBING PROBLEM FIXED, CONGRATULATIONS, YOU JUST GOT REAMED.

I have worked with Danika on several projects over last few years, mostly minor (bathroom sink replacement, removal of garbage disposal, etc). Had a hot water heater emergency the other day, I called Danika, spoke with Tony (the owner) and Dustin and Zach had it replaced by that evening. I had gotten a second estimate which was the same price. Efficient, friendly, neat. Plan to use Danika whenever I have plumbing issues. Thanks, Danika!

Don't use this plumbing company! I will give them 0 if there was a rating for 0... Don't use them!!! Beware of their fee for credit card payment. 4% of total cost and so I ended up paying $80 fee for paying with credit card. Dustin initially will give you information to assure you that it is not going to cost that much, but there are all kinds of hidden cost that are separate and you end up paying a lot more than other plumbers charge... The person on the phone when scheduling an appointment says that the estimate fee will be incorporated into the work if we do decide to use them...and then she also said that if there is an estimate that is lower than Dustin that we can negotiate... All lies.
