Flooded!!!! HELP==== Response was quick, dependable and was handled with expertise and honesty. This company DOES NOT pad the bill after work is completed. It is standard for business to expect a trip charge and not to give price quote over the phone until the needs of the job and replacement parts are assessed. I have had previous service from Daniel's and can say how satisfactory, reasonable and trustworthy the price for the work, that when completed gave me peace of mind. Sorry for Tony and Steven reviews don't let their words prevent you from selecting this company. A tradesman is entitled to receive payment for work completed, especially when done by an honest man with INTEGRITY.

This is the worst plumbing outfit I've ever encountered.
They don't give estimates over the phone,but when they get to your house they tell you a price and when it's time to write the check,then they feel the need to tack on the trip charge fee.One would think that it would be in the estimate figure,but it's not.After 42 days the clog is back and I'm told by law the warranty is 30 days and I'd have to pay again,really.
Not very reputable and please everyone think twice or know ALL costs before work is complete.Never Again!!!!!!

Swindlers. They charged me $190 to just come and check on my problem!!!! While here they dug a hole around my sprinkler system, and found a small leak in the pvc. They repaired it, and didn't put the dirt back in the hole. I was charged a total of $250 for 45 minutes of work. A week later my sprinkler system was flooding again. I called them, and he told me he would come out, but he would charge me!!!!!!! He was supposed to fix it the first time, and he is going to charge me to come out and check on his leak?! Don't go with them. They advertise with the christian fish, but they give Christian's a bad name.

We've been using Daniel for over 15 years, and the work he does has never leaked (unlike a cheaper plumber we used before). Once, asked him to replace 2 sink fixures, and he quoted a price of $260 more for one than the other. When I asked why, he showed me that the wall connections were different and how one fixture could easily be screwed on, but the other could not. He showed me that if he did a ""slip-on"" job, it would likely leak (which happened to us before), so he would have to weld on a threaded pipe, which cost more. The work he does is not always the cheapest, but he will always do it the ""right way"", and if you ask, he'll explain what he's doing and why it costs what it does. Having had bad plumbing before, which costs thousands in water damage, I trust him to do the job right, and I never worry that the work will break down, unlike my previous plumber.

We called this plumbing company because we had a serious issue that we needed someone to deal with immediately. When we called we explained the situation over the phone and that we are in an older house. They gave us a reasonable quote over the phone to come out to snake our system, and said they'd come out within an hour. When the worker finally arrived, two hours later, he was short with us and tried to scam us. Instead of charging us $129 as we were originally quoted he tried to charge us $600 and made up this elaborate description of what needed to be done! We told him it was too much and we'd get someone cheaper, but he still charged us $50 as a 'service charge'! They charged us for nothing! Also, we got another plumber to do the same job for $160 using a simple snake. The next worker was much more competent and reasonable. I would NOT recommend Daniel's & Vasile's Plumbing.
