Called a few months ago due to their advertisement on my current water heater. Service man arrived as per schedule. Thank goodness my husband was present at time of arrival. Unfortunately, my husband had to leave partially through the installation. The service man removed the old water heater, then approached me with request ""you should clean the floor"", having me clean the floor under the old water heater (which was fairly disgusting. I was expecting him to complete his hired task without any assistance from me)! Trying to stay professional, I obliged.

The installation itself went without a hitch (other than a good amount of mud left in the entrance to my home). Upon departure, the service man reproached me, asking ""well, is HE going to pay me?"" Confused, I asked for a bill, of which he reported he would send in the mail. I relayed that one of us (taking offense to gender discrimination once again) will pay him upon receipt of a bill.

Upon departure, I noticed the installation man was messing with my front door, pushing the door closed almost to the point of breaking. Upon his departure, my screen door was stuck open, with him making no notice or comment to me regarding the broken door.

Then, the fun began with payment. It's been 2+ months and two checks (with both attempts to pay in full) with the company continuing to report they have not received the check despite clarification of address as well as other contact information.

Overall, the water heater has shown no problems, but the service is much less than par. I'd suggest a different company for your plumbing needs!
