They do not back their work. 4 months after 1 year warranty expired on install, toilet leaked and destroyed my garage ceiling. Owner refused to even reduce re-install costs. Disappointing. Will find another plumber to "trust". Recommend you do the same.

Update: alternate plumber confirmed installation of wax ring that was too small. No new information that would change my one star review.

Daniels plumbing is always reliable! They always pick up the phone, get someone out as soon as possible and do the very best work. We just recently had the pleasure of working with Brice and he was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and polite. Will always use Daniels and refer to others!

Have been using Daniels Plumbing for the last 7 months for an ongoing issue at our office. ( Moving out of the building asap as it is a lease) We have called them out, one to two times or more a month due to drainage backup. Performing a "Hydro Stop Jet" each time. Daniels plumbing has charged us over 2000.00 each visit, totaling about 20,000.00. Today we decided to have a different plumber come out to give us a quote. let me just say I was completely disgusted when I got the price today for the same service. Not even a quarter of what Daniels Plumbing has been charging a repeat customer every month. The new company not only charged us a quarter of what Daniels Plumbing was charging us but warrantied their work for 90 days. Please do not let them take advantage of you, the way they did us.

Update to review posted on 1/30/2024 regarding Daniels Plumbing. Their supervisor called the day after that review was posted and wanted to understand the issue. I explained it to him as per my review and provided some suggestions. He was receptive and understood our position. He said they took actions to remedy the situation internally and they did not charge for the service. I appreciate the response and action. For that alone - I will add a Good rating on this review update.

Thought my day was going to be bad. I was up in attic and stepped on a pipe and broke it, had water leaking out called another plumber I have used in the past but they could not get here till next week. I looked up next closet plumber and founded Daniel's I called and within 25 minutes had an appointment set up
Mr Michael Craig showed up and identified the problem, it not water pipe of any sort just the 2nd drain for hot water tray, he gave estimate since the pipes been patched in the past with wrong size of pipe, we discussed it and declined the repair at this time. I will definitely use them if I ever need a plumber again..Highly recommend there company and Mr Michael craig as the man for the job. Thanks for making my day better yall rock.

Didn't bother showing up for scheduled appointment, didn't call with any updates. Customer service says she's the only one in the office and she would have gotten to it eventually. Technician called, went into 10 minutes of detail about the job he was on but couldn't/wouldn't tell me what time he would be arriving.

I arranged my day to be home during the scheduled appointment. If Daniel's plumbing can't respect my time then they don't get my business.

50 gal. water heater went bad. Daniels quoted ~ $3200 to replace heater. This was beginning of Labor Day weekend. Old water heater wouldn't be removed until Tuesday. As plumber was disconnecting old heater, I called my son who is a journeyman plumber in another city. He said price was too high. M y son advised me to have him finish disconnecting heater and looping hot and cold water lines and close out the ticket. All in all the technician put in two hours labor. He said he needed to go purchase a pump for the water in the drip tray. He closed out the ticket charging $689. I told my son what the tech did and how much he charged. He was pissed. I called the office to dispute the charge. I was told it's a flat rate and they don't charge by the hour. The $689 was not itemized. I don't know if that price included the pump. If so he took the pump with him. I don't know if he charged the $60 fee for not having them install the new heater.

By all the other one star ratings for Daniels Plumbing its my belief Daniels doesn't care how people feel and they'll continue to rip people off because they can.

We were having a problem with our plumbing and Septic. This is the first time I have used Daniels Plumbing. They were very friendly and accommodating when I called. I was told they could have someone out the same day which I greatly appreciated. I received a text with the name of the plumber who was coming and that he was on his way. Michael Craig from Daniels Plumbing was able to come out and evaluate the situation within 2 hrs from my original phone call. He was able to determine the problem, and we discussed what I needed to do from there. I will definitely be using Daniels Plumbing again, and will recommend them to friends and family.

Came out on a Saturday and got to work. Took longer than expected but the water is back on! These folks know what they're doing!! AAAA++++
