Horrible service; I had a clogged kitchen sink. They sent an inexperienced young man to fix it. He didn't have the knowledge or the tools to do the job. I advised he should clear it by running his auger down the vent pipe but he didn't want to. He didn't have the tools to go beyond 15ft. When I made the appointment they said the service fee would be $160. He charged me $226 and left without fixing anything. My sink was still clogged. My advise is to call someone who is capable; these guys are not.

I'm done with these guys These plumbers have a complete disregard for your time. The last two instances I've set up appointments they were late both times. in both instances, they claimed that an emergency situation arose. In both instances, they didn't even bother to have the courtesy to give me a call that they were running late. Last work we had them perform was to camera the sewer lines at our complex. They arrived 2 hours late and It took them 3 weeks to get us information back on what they found. Mind you this is a condominium complex where we had to coordinate with the unit owners. That made no difference to them as emergencies take priority. The work they do has been good however the scheduling and communication is about as bad as I've ever seen. There's too many other good plumbers in town to put up with this. Or if you have an emergency, call them because will screw everyone else on the schedule.

These guys came few times over the years to remove my toilet. Recently I broke my toilet and need it a replacement. To my surprise, after removing my toilet I saw that was sitting on top of a spacer, which is totally wrong... But not just a spacer, an unsecured, unbolted spacer sitting on the floor... Absolute insanity. My toilet was literally sitting there, unsecured. They left the toilet bolts loose, because there was no flange for the toilet to be secured. This goes beyond being unprofessional, this is pure evilness. Stay away from this company.

Owner of Daniel's just hung up on me. I spent 18K with his company less than a year ago to repipe and was told if there were any ceiling/wall leaks noticed in the future to call them. I saw a leak. I called them. Someone large & unable to climb the attic stairs came so next day a small person was sent & in 5 minutes said it was a roof leak. He presented a bill for $160. I advised I was not told in advance there would be any charge and had this been known I would have had an opportunity to contact a roofer first. The owner said if """"he or his supervisor had come out there wouldn't have been a charge but he has to pay his people for their time"""". I asked why this wasn't explained. The owner said """"if his staff tells people they will be charged they get pissed and abusive to his staff on the phone"""". I reiterated I wasn't told that he could have been sent instead of his people. The owner began discussing his military background and how he knows how to deal with people. I told him I had a background in customer service. He became agitated. I tried to reach an agreement to pay half the $160 since it wasn't my fault they sent someone out who could not perform the task on day one. The owner would not agree to send me a bill for half saying I owed $160 and hung up on me. We have serious knocking in some walls when flushing some toilets and there is no cold water in the kitchen due to pipes being in the hot attic. Before becoming agitated, he'd said he foamed his farmhouse attic for $12K and if this was done it might help cool the kitchen water somewhat. I wasn't told about not being able to have cold water in the kitchen when given the Daniel's plumbing estimate - it was discovered after the job was completed.

Had used Daniel's Plumbing numerous times. Called them out due to a hot water issue. Sent a repairman to handle the job on May 6, 2022 who had no knowledge we had a tankless water heater and in fact stated that had they known we had a tankless water heater they would have sent someone else familiar with tankless water heaters. But wait, they knew. They have serviced our address on multiple occasions. When I called Savannah this morning to ask her why, having serviced the """"tankless water heater"""" in the past, she did not send out someone with the appropriate experience and knowledge, she stated (with attitude no less) that they are too busy and have too many customers to know what we have. So in short, they charged us $184.00, only to intend on charging us again when the repairman with the right experience is actually dispatched. Savannah lacks customer service skills and sadly her attitude certainly speaks volumes of how she and quite possibly Daniel's Plumbing feels about its customers. Taking our business elsewhere to a plumber who values its customers and works towards meeting their needs, not simply dispatching servicemen for billing purposes rather than with the intend to resolve the customers' issue.

I was given a quote of 500-600 dollars. I understand that is an estimate and sometimes they run into problems and the job takes longer. The plumber that was here seemed very unsure of himself. The bill came to 1635.00!! When I asked to speak to the owner he was the rudest, nastiest person I have ever spoken to. It wasn't like """"I'm sorry you feel that way or maybe I could adjust the bill a little."""" It was """" too bad that's what it is."""" I will never use this company again and if you are smart, you won't either.

We Had an emergency on a Friday night and we had a very quick response for them to come out. Their cost was fair and they were friendly.

Ripped off. Promised to fix issue but 2 tecs spent 2 hours only to diagnosis issue. Then turned around and charged me an extra $180 for their drive time. When i questioned owner, he threatened me. 645$ later, and my issue is not fixed. Horrible customer service. Stay away.

At first Dan was very patient and thorough having my plumbing pipes cleared. I am here pt and did not have time to have a purposely conversation about pipes except to say if there was leaking or a probable 'belly' in the system the floor might need to be addressed. We decided to replace floors and I told him it was an opportune time to check underground plumbing issue. He set an appt for a week and a half after I spoke to him. Closer to appt. I called to verify appt. and he put me forward another week because he didn't know if it would it be a 1 or 3 day project. I then asked the office for a copy of the report to get a second opinion. I was told they don't keep them. I hired another plumber and paid for another scope. Well I didn't have a leak, didn't have a belly and didn't need my floor dug up. The clogging was re-explained so it may never hap

I had a tremendous water leak yesterday as I got a call from the city saying how much water was pouring out. They came and discovered it was on my side, not theirs and I would have to call a plumber. 2;30pm and I had company coming. Anyway, I saw Daniel Plumbing in our Bay IndiesI paper, called at about 3:30. He was here before 5pm and had it fixed by 6:30. It was overtime but saved me hundreds of dollars in water bill. Brandon couldn't have been nicer and really worked fast and the bill was not nearly as much as I expected. I highly recommend them
