Daniel Grenier of Daniel's Plumbing Services, is a Licensed Master Plumber who has a history in the United States Navy Sea Bees. Marnie W.Ripped off. Promised to fix issue but 2 tecs spent 2 hours only to diagnosis issue. Then turned around and charged me an extra $180 for their drive time. When i questioned owner, he threatened me. 645$ later, and my issue is not fixed. Horrible customer service. Stay away.
At first Dan was very patient and thorough having my plumbing pipes cleared. I am here pt and did not have time to have a purposely conversation about pipes except to say if there was leaking or a probable 'belly' in the system the floor might need to be addressed. We decided to replace floors and I told him it was an opportune time to check underground plumbing issue. He set an appt for a week and a half after I spoke to him. Closer to appt. I called to verify appt. and he put me forward another week because he didn't know if it would it be a 1 or 3 day project. I then asked the office for a copy of the report to get a second opinion. I was told they don't keep them. I hired another plumber and paid for another scope. Well I didn't have a leak, didn't have a belly and didn't need my floor dug up. The clogging was re-explained so it may never hap
I had a tremendous water leak yesterday as I got a call from the city saying how much water was pouring out. They came and discovered it was on my side, not theirs and I would have to call a plumber. 2;30pm and I had company coming. Anyway, I saw Daniel Plumbing in our Bay IndiesI paper, called at about 3:30. He was here before 5pm and had it fixed by 6:30. It was overtime but saved me hundreds of dollars in water bill. Brandon couldn't have been nicer and really worked fast and the bill was not nearly as much as I expected. I highly recommend them
Had service from Daniels on September 30 for a blocked line. Plumber was able to clear the blockage within 2 hours. First problem: plumber yanked and pulled on shower turn on/off handle. First shower I took I could hardly turn the handle. I didn't call back until I couldn't get the water to turn off on October 8. This was my bad, I just didn't want to deal with it. Second problem: same plumber was sent to fix the problem. I went ahead and purchased a $40 Moen shower handle with parts, in case it was stripped. It was ...plumber used the parts, not the handle. When I asked what I owed he tried to charge me for a service call plus parts. I called Lynnette in their office to explain that I didn't feel this was justified. OH, did I mention they overcharged me by $50 on the first visit. She did her best to totally result in another reason to write this review. They charged me $108 for this visit. I'm in over $500 to them. I will never use them again because of: over billing .... poor workmanship ... invoice blurring of actual charges.
As Neil H said in his review, stay away from this company. Management is arrogant and unprofessional. Plumbers do not communicate what needs to be done and then threaten to sue you if you don't pay the bill.
I had Daniel's plumbing jet my pipes spent 2100.00 dollars to do so about 1 month later my wife got out of the shower to find our bedroom about 1 inch deep in water. We proceeded to clean up the mess and replaced the wax ring on the toilet thinking there may have just been a simple problem well that's not the case several days later same thing happened again. Sunday morning I go down to home depot to rental a pipe cleaner come to find out after calling another plumbing company the clog was almost 100 feet from the house they cleared it for me and ran a camera through my pipes and wow what a terrible job. When I contacted Daniel's plumbing about it there response was we didn't jet to the road well why not I would have paid extra to do so at the time if it was needed so after several attempts to just get some answers I was ignored there was over 10,000 dollars in damages to my room about the only thing that they accomplished was blowing a hole in my toilet terrible customer service and lousy service. The terrible thing about it was the pipes in my kitchen that needed it the most never got touched 8 houses to do 15 feet of pipe and leave a lot of cigarette butts in my yard
Kim C.Very disappointed with Daniels Plumbing. I called them out to replace leaking washer hoses. They sent 2 men out and took 20 minutes replacing my hoses and charged me $357. Within 2 hours the hose was leaking again. They came back out and replaced the hose and said I possibly had an electrical problem and turned off the breakers. I had an electrician come out to inspect the outlets and breakers...nothing found. I woke Saturday to more leaking and called Daniels emergency line. No call after waiting 7 hours. I finally called another plumber (Leland Plumbing). They came out within 30 minutes and fixed the issue and charged me $125 (on Saturday).
This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a home service. Without going into all of the unfortunate details, I felt totally ripped off by excessive charges, and their failure to communicate regarding items that padded the bill. This company's motto seems to be """"the customer is always wrong,"""" even if you have a legitimate concern about service or cost. The so-called manager Rob didn't return two calls, so can't comment on him. The issue escalated to the owner and his wife, who were both were both rude beyond belief.
Robert J.Terrible experience!! Very rude customer service, especially the lady that answers the phone!! Guess it's the owner's wife. They charged me over $400 and never fixed my issue. They wanted to charge me an extra $1,000 to repare a leak. Stay away from this business!! Doesn't worth it!!
