I was referred to Daniel's Plumbing through my home warranty company. On Saturday (9/11/20), I contacted them for an appointment on that upcoming Monday(9/14/20). The receptionist stated that she would call me back within 30 minutes. I waited a few hours and never heard back, so I called them a couple of times and didn't get an answer. Later that afternoon, I contacted my home warranty company and requested that they refer me to a different company, due to not hearing back from anyone and no one answering my calls. The representative from my home warranty company stated that they would attempt to contact them first. When they called, they were able to get an answer and they confirmed an appointment for Monday, 9-11am. I agreed to that appointment and made arrangements to accommodate my work schedule. However, on Monday morning at around 7:45am, I received a phone call from Daniel's plumbing stating that they were calling to schedule an appointment. Of course, I was confused because I thought I already had an appointment scheduled from 9-11am. I informed the receptionist of this information and she said well ""can you do 10-12?"". I asked would they be able to accommodate my time slot that was already scheduled and she hung up the phone. I then called back and informed the receptionist that I was still talking and why did she rudely hang up the phone. She replied, ""It's too early for this attitude"". I responded to her by letting her know that I simply asked one question and that question is, were they going to accommodate the time slot that was already scheduled? She replied, that it's only an hour later and it's not a big deal. She then said, you can call your warranty company, have a good day and hung up the phone. I then called my home warranty company and canceled the service call through Daniel's Plumbing. Unfortunately, I never got to use the service of this company due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the receptionist. I will never do business with any company that doesn't know how to talk with their potential customers.

The WORSE plumbing service. First, Daniel (or another plumber in his company) failed to show up for the first appointment. Then, when it was rescheduled, Daniel was late. When we discussed a plan of action, he wanted to come back without complete explanation. When I explained that I had been waiting and that no one showed up to the original appointment, he (or his secretary) denied having originally scheduled an appointment. Unbelievable that Daniel Plumbing did not own up to their failure. Even though we were in a situation where we needed emergency plumbing, he simply took off. Very professional.

This guy is terrible. Exact same experience as those below; my dad had a plumbing leak issue and went through fidelity home warranty. They sent Daniel. At first he made these promises such as coming to repair on a fixed date and time, but each time he finds an excuse not to show. This time, after 2 weeks of trying, this guy now says the insurance canceled our work order when in fact, after calling and confirming with insurance, no such cancellation occurred...this guy and his company are fraud.

We had a leak in our sink and slow drain that was causing excess water on the bathroom counter. I didn't know where it was coming from but water was collecting and causing a mold and smell. My husband urged me to call our home warranty to see what was covered. We were able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly and Daniel came out to our home on time. He was very professional and polite. He corrected the problem fairly quickly and educated us along the way about clogged drains. Daniel wore a mask for Covid precautions which I appreciated because my husband is diabetic. We had an excellent customer service experience with him and I would recommend him to anyone in the Riverside County area.

This company was referred through my home warranty service for a toilet handle mechanism issue. This company was difficult to contact, did not come when scheduled and basically unprofessional with zero follow through. My over-all impression is they don't want to help me resolve the issue.

I'm a patient reasonable person but after 4 weeks of trying to work with them (toilet not operational during this time) I gave up and found a company interested resolving the issue.

I not only wouldn't recommend them, I suggest avoiding them all together.

Daniel was wonderful. He was on time and very knowledgable. We thought we had a slab leak, but he saw that it was only one broken pipe. He fixed it, then cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend him. And I live in South Orange County. He came from Riverside. Again, I highly recommend him.

I so badly want to say something good about Daniel. He came to my house, seemed very respectful and nice, but then the more I look back, the more I see all the signs that I was being scammed.

Daniel was called out for my Home Warranty company, Fidelity for a Leak at my house with my main water line that comes into the house. I had a plumber out previous who told me the leak was in my slab. And I seemed to remember that my home warranty covers leaks in the slab, so I put that plumber on hold and called my home warranty, and they sent out Daniels Plumbing.

Daniel showed up, was very personable, and seemed very trustworthy. he did a leak detection and told me that there is no way my leak was in the slab, it was outside the house under the garden and someone would need to dig up the garden to find it. He even expressed that likely the previous plumber was trying to scam me and told me it was the slab in order to charge me more, and this made sense to me. He insisted that they could never have known that this was in the slab or not based on what the could have seen so far. I believed him, why shouldn't I?

Well, after then finding out that the home warranty does NOT cover leaks outside the slab, I had to hire another plumber to fix this. I WOULD have hired Daniel and he would have gotten away with this, BUT he would not return my calls to give me a quote to fix it. His secretary would just tell me he would get back to me, and he never did over multiple calls and multiple days....., and since he convinced me that the previous plumber was likely trying to scam me, I didn't want to call them, so I called 2 other plumbers to get quotes.

I didn't want to pre-inform them of the issue, so I just told them both, I had a leak that I needed to be repaired. Surprisingly, BOTH plumbers dug up the area and said, it is a leak in your concrete slab.

So then I spent the next couple of days trying to both call Daniel and my Home warranty company to get this covered. All the time, Daniel won't call me back and the warranty company tells me that Daniel's report says it was not a leak that is IN the slab and his report ""closed the case"". So I again try to call Daniel to get them to fix this and re-issue a report to open it back up and I just get the run around from his secretary.

After all this, I am 8-10 days from when my leak in my MAIN water line started...I have water everywhere and need it fixed and then started digging around to see that this is apparently the MO of Daniel's plumbing. I have come to realize that more likely I was scammed by Daniel's plumbing and Fidelity who seem to be in cahoots to make it out like the issue is NOT covered and then they drag it on so long and point fingers at each other, to the point where you just have to get someone else to repair the issue and then walk away from them... WHAT A SCAM!

I am looking for others who may want to go in on a class action against these two companies for obviously working together to seemingly scam people.

Oh, and if you are considering using Daniel's and are reading his other positive Reviews...all I have to say is notice how similar they all are...approx 85% of his positive reviews use the word ""courteous"". This is NOT a coincidence, most likely this is a single person tasked with boosting fake reviews or a review written by the same person sent to people to post for him. Do you really think that that many people use the word courteous?
