Had a water heater problem. And ORHP assigned Daniel to my case and he came out took some photos and didn't even really look at the water heater. Was nice upfront and then collected the $75 fee for some photos and said he needed to order parts which I understand. But what I am upset about is the fact that I didn't get any follow up calls after 4-5 days. I texted and called him and I was told I needed to called ORHP which I did and they said he was suppose to call them back and give the labor price. So I texted him what they told me and no answer and I even called and left a VM and nothing the next few days! Just got off the phone with ORHP and she said he had told her I needed to contact Rheem myself. How do you own a business and don't follow up with your customers Danie! This company is a scam! Just like other reviewers - Run as fast as you can if you're assigned to this company by your warranty company. He will collect your trade call fee and doesn't communicate at all with his customers! I didn't really think anything of it because I had a good experience with ORHP before with other claims. But I learned my lesson! Next time I'll be coming to yelp before they assign me any contractors for work!

We had an appointment for Friday they called at 11:45 Thursday and said they would be here between 12-1:30 I said I had a appointment for Friday and said if I could not accommodate today's appointment they would have to reschedule to next week? They showed up and said that they do not work around dogs? I have 2 10 lbs dogs and I would of course kept them outside the tech got rude so we asked him to leave and then their office continues to text me trying to argue with me after I asked them not to contact me anymore they continued to send texts! When I told them they had no customer service and were very unprofessional they sent me another text to say at they were not rude? I say beware!

Maybe this guy has done good work before but I have been involved with repairing of small to million-dollar equipment for 30 years and I would never call him or his ""office"" again. Never responds, never calls back, is rude and belligerent and tried to take advantage of couple of friends because they are women and made lude creepy comments about them. I got the job done by someone else for $900.00 less than his price and within a day; after 4 days he couldn't even get his report to the insurance and couldn't care less that an elderly woman had no hot water.

$550.00 for responsive service and professionalism? Or $1,450.00 for unprofessionalism and horrible customer service. No brainer. Read the other reviews by those who also thought he was a total shifty scammer.

My home warranty company referred me to this company today as a RUSH request as I do not have hot running water. I called to make an appointment. A lady answered the phone. First, she asked me where I lived, to which I replied. My location must have been too far because she promptly told me she was busy eating lunch and that she would call me back. Needless to say, she never did call back. So unprofessional. Don't call this company. I will be reporting them to the home warranty company as well. Don't think they care anyway. Seems like they have enough business.

My home warranty company put a rush request in for a slab leak. 3 days later, with no running water, and they have not even contacted me though I have called, left vms, and spoke with someone once who promised to call me back. My experience is horrific communication. But, as you read other more recent reviews, maybe this was a blessing as this seems to be an awful company to work with.

I have worked with many a plumber in my day. Granted, this was an easy job and Daniel was great! A backed-up shower quickly resolved. Daniel corrected the problem and maintained a clean and neat working area. Finished quickly with no pretense or effort to push any add ons! Very satisfied!

Daniel's Plumbing was assigned to us by Fidelity for our home warranty call. He showed up at the assigned time but only looked at one of the two problems he was supposed to (slow tub flow and a leaking hot water dispenser), and then never followed up. It's now been three months. His receptionist no longer answers the phone and Fidelity Home Warranty hasn't been able to reassign it to a new plumber yet because he hasn't signed off.

Blanca was rude, not friendly just called and ask for the name on filed and said the time plumber was going to be there by, and hang up. No hello, or what company she is calling from. Plumber came by and ask my husband why is he looking for at his watch even though is none of his business, but my his and told him he received a text. After he comes I'm and looks at the clogged toilet and flushed it, and told my his and the diagnostic without doing other work. After he goes to the other problem about the leaking bath tub which is on the second floor but he only take a picture of a whole that we made because the dry wall seem different texture from the rest of the sealing. He gets his phone and take a picture. Tells my husband he will be back for the toilet after talking to the warranty department and also to look what's causing the leak on the tub which he never bother looking to begin with. We didn't hear from him since and put complete on the work order with the warranty company. Call the warranty company and explain what he did and told me the diagnostic he came up with just by looking without using any of his tools or getting his hands dirty and told them there was so many issues just by looking at a 1""inch ceiling hole. Really!!! They are scammers!!!! They are putting falsely claims to the warranty company so the customer doesn't get coverage and they get easy money for only 5 minute visit. Yes it took only 5 minutes and I paid 85 dollars for that.

Worst pluming service to deal with, they make appointments and do not show up or call... then they deny having made an appointment... after reading other reviews, it is now clear that this outfit is completely INCOMPETENT and will waste your time or scam you, maybe it is a blessing in disguise, if they did show up, they would have probably scammed us... FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER... ZERO SATRS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. We have been waiting for the past three weeks for them to change a garbage disposal !!!
