Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning is owned by Daniel Lawlis. In 1996, Daniel entered the plumbing field in Houston as an apprentice plumber. He spent four years working for a company that specialized in residential and commercial new construction. As he shifted to repair and service plumbing, he discovered that his background in new construction greatly aided him in diagnosing repair issues. In 2005, Daniel earned his Master Plumber License from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and has continually aimed to deliver the finest customer and repair service possible.
Hi there! I'm Daniel, the owner and plumber behind Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I started my plumbing and HVAC journey in 1996 in Houston. I've acquired a wealth of knowledge throughout the years, beyond just plumbing and HVAC. I've seen a huge lack of service in companies that customers are wanting, so I founded a company that places this aspect at the forefront. We put our customers first and strive to make you happy with everything we do, from the work we perform, to the way we talk and dress, to our warranties. We are a family owned business, operated out of Austin Texas. While we understand that dealing with a plumbing problem is no fun, we guarantee that you will not regret contacting us and giving us the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Ashleigh M.When my hot water heater broke unexpectedly, Daniel's Plumbing was the only company that answered the phone when I started calling around. They were able to have Mack come out to that day to inspect my old hot water heater and give me an estimate to replace, then George came out the very next day to replace the appliance. Mack and George were wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable and honest.
Wonderful experience, remodeling my 80's retro bathroom and water pipe broke called and Nick was out immediately the next day, Nick also found my shutoff valve outside was not working properly. Everything was done in one day and brought up to today's standards can't thank him enough for the quick response, professionalism and quality of work.
One week later, follow up, put in the new vanity and a friend attempted to hook up the sink, 3 tries later and it still was leaking I called Daniel's. They got me right in first thing the following morning with Drew. He came out and had my sink up and running in about 30 minutes or so, what a relief to know that everything is up to date and the quality of work is spectacular and guaranteed. Thanks so much everyone at Daniel's Plumbing.
I called Daniel's plumbing to replace a bathtub faucet and shower fixtures. The plumber arrived on time and assessed the situation. He then quoted me a price of just over $1400. I thought this was pretty expensive but in the timeliness of redoing my bathroom i needed this work completed now. While this plumber was working I called and got estimates from 2 other plumbers. Both were around $600. After a conversation with Daniel's office staff the next day it was decided that I had not been afforded available discounts and a solution was reached that I believe was fair to both myself and Daniel's plumbing. I will continue to use Daniel's for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs.
Paid 250 dollars for a HVAC inspection and report, we Received a couple pictures and quote for 5k dollars for 2 capacitor replacements and coil clean.... I called and talked to service manager Dalton who pretty much had no real answers other than he would talk with the Tech, WE NEVER HEARD FROM DANIEL'S A/C AGAIN.. This was a huge inconvenience for us as this was a inspection for a home we are trying to purchase and time is very valuable. We called another "local" business and they only charged 79 dollars for the same type of inspection but with zero hassle and a excellent description of repair and costs in the report. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time or money with Daniel's plumbing/ac.
Thomas E.Quoted me over $400 to snake a simple kitchen clog. The plumber was a total "slick" salesman. Wasted both of our time. For the record two other plumbers quotes this for around $200. I had the job done for $150 and it took less than 15 minutes. Beware if these overpriced plumbing crooks.
Emily B.Called yesterday to schedule an appointment and they got us in this morning. Abdias came out and unclogged the washer drain. He was punctual, friendly, and competent. He tested it and it drained so it appears to be unclogged. Would recommend.
Fredrik S.I had Daniel's plumbing come out to tell me where a sewage line was located. I am not sure what happened, but the line started leaking after they located it. There is no telling if the work done caused the leak, or if the line was faulty already and the action of stuffing a camera/sensor through it caused a bigger leak to where we noticed. Here is the good part; when we called to alert them to the leak, they came out and fixed it free of charge. It should be mentioned that the initial location of the line was way off, again I am not sure what happened, it may be that the sensor used was out of calibration. Apparently Daniel's plumbing stands behind their reputation and work to make things right if things does not go according to plan.
Carlos R.Thank you Daniel's Plumbing for the quick response and great service. Specially to your Tech. George. He came in and check all my water system and concluded that I needed to replace the PRV. I really like the service and also that I wasn't push to fix the system. I will definitely call y'all back for any plumbing or air conditioning repairs..
Thank you keep up the good work
Unfortunately the technician did not show up on time. The appointment was set to be between 8 and 12. I understand that there can be issues that delay an appointment. But the proper thing to do would be to call to give a heads up.
Instead at 1 I called them and they said sorry the previous job was taking longer. They did finally email me to say they were on the way. They arrived about 3:40. The tech reviewed the work needed done. And went to the van to come up with an estimate. The took another 20 minutes.
Once he came back he started with the up sell to their preferred plan. I declined. Then the price estimates for the work were crazy high. It was over $400 to replace a washer in a faucet. At that point we declined the work. And it was $450 to snake out a slow drain. We also declined.
Not a good experience at all.
Hate leaving bad reviews but. Unreliable, lost my trust before they even started work. I made it clear to them (thrice) that I have a home warranty and they needed to work with the warranty company to get the work order approved, otherwise I wouldn't get any coverage. I told them if they didn't want to do that - fine, just let me know. Granted, working with a home warranty is a pain in the neck, with phone calls and all. They did half the way, the only thing left was to submit their quotes to the home warranty - and at that point they stopped returning my calls and texts. I told their dispatchers - you guys don't want my business, ok, fine, just let me know - I did almost all the way with you and lost a lot of time. No minimal courtesy of returning a call for a week. So that you know - if this company doesn't like the work they will drop you without even letting you know. At least I haven't spent any money on them yet, just lost lots of time. Beware.
