Mr. Daniels does EXCELLENT work. My AC went down on 6/30 (Sunday) and he was out on 7/1 (Monday) to assess the situation. I basically needed an entire new HVAC unit. Mr. Daniels worked with me and had my HVAC up and running by 7/3 (Wednesday) in the morning. He was professional, quick, and kept his word. He is a man of his word and integrity. I'm glad I have a reputable and trustworthy HVAC company that can commit to the job. Thanks Mr. Daniels.

I had issues with my new A/C system for about 2 years since it was installed. Finally, Mr Daniels was able to establish the true cause of my A/C system not working properly. He came back to my property over the course of several days to ensure the unit was no longer leaking before he filled it up with coolant again. Daniels Contracting (Philadelphia) is by far the most unprofessional Contracting service I have come in contact with. The representative was advertently rude, refused to explaicknowledge why no contractor showed up to our appointment (which was confirmed via email). Not only did she ignore their lack of professionalism she cut me off and repeated ""the first appointment is Wednesday"" 5x, as if she was reading off a script. No, Wednesday does not work, your staff needs customer service training, your contractors need to show up, and your scheduler apparently needs to be replaced as well. Can't comment on their work, since they didn't show up. I will be working with another contractor for all of my properties. If you have a 210 Warranty, request to NOT be serviced by Daniel's Contracting- they will literally waste your time (210 has various companies contracted to perform work on your new home). Daniel's Contracting actually deserves 0 STARS.

Had a simple fix for my outdoor A/C unit and called multiple companies that gave me sky high estimates. I called Daniels, explained the problem that needed to be fixed, and they gave me a reasonable estimate and were willing to come by within a few hours. Mr. Daniel even showed up early, and gave me a few lessons on understanding and maintaining my unit. He finished in 45 minutes and was friendly throughout the job. I highly recommend Daniels HVAC!

I called to get my Hvac system serviced before the start of summer and the gentleman who answered was very rude & very very unprofessional. I explained exactly what I needed done and why and his response was ""do you just want to waste money because I don't come out for free""! I never requested any free services so I was confused by the unprofessional comment. If you call a busy to request a service it's either yes I can perform what I advertise or no I'm not able, NOT RUDE comments. I'm not a person to go back & forth with another person especially when I'm the customer trying to put money into your company so I decided to write this review. This is one of the main reasons why it's hard to support black owned businesses because they do not conduct business professionally. All he had to do was quote a price for him to just come out and look at my system and give me an appointment or politely say he wasn't able to accommodate me. I contacted another company and am very satisfied.

This scumbag actually got mad at me for trying to get him to do some work. Wtf I'm PAYING YOU MAN.
I called and the whole conversation he is trying to talk me out of hiring him.
I've never heard of this.
I had been getting shocked every time I touched my kitchen sink.
I got someone else to do it and it was only $100.

If Daniels wasn't such a Jackass he would have made the money and had 4 other jobs to do just thru me. Then I would have recommended him to others when asked.

This guy is a joke.

Called Daniels HVAC based on the referral of my plumber. I thought the price was fair, the Technician came out same day and was able to quote me the price of the job before the work began.

It was an overall good experience and I would use him again.

Excellent Service and Fair Pricing. Nate assesed, troubleshooter and repaired my Furnace with ease and explained to me everything he was doing each step of the way. Truly impressed with his professionalism and patience! I felt very pleased with the entire experience and He will be my HVAC guy from here on out!
