Michael L.My PTAC units needed servicing and one was not draining and had started to drip, and there was also mold buildup in that unit. Carlos did a great job with the basic cleaning and servicing, and the follow-up visit with an assistant to remove the mold. My units are high up on the wall, which is an extra complication, and I appreciated their thoroughness and care and would recommend them.

I asked if I purchased the unit directly from the factory, would they be able to install and he agreed to it. When equipment was delivered, his crew (headed up by Jose) came by within days and did an excellent job. As you can see from the pics, very clean installation of an LG mini-split 18,000BTU unit. Very happy with it, does air, heat and dehumidifies and connected to Google Home and Amazon Alexa. I absolutely recommend these guys, not only did they come out and do an excellent job but they also gave me the best installation price after having done a few estimates. All communication, work and cleanup was great... definitely our ""go-to"" for all future HVAC and plumbing needs.

They absolutely gouged her on price, completely took advantage of the ""old lady"" situation. They also appeared to do the work under the table and undocumented, but had no issue with plastering their company stickers all over equipment in the house that they did not even work on (e.g. Water Heater). Will not be using them again.
