Yesterday was the second time we called Daniel Stednitz Plumbing for an emergency. The first time, at the end of last year, a pipe broke off the main line going to our house, flooding our master bedroom. Daniel came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and had excellent options for us, minimized the disaster that was already in motion. Yesterday, my kitchen sink backed up and disgusting old food particles were spewing out. Brett and Eric were sent out and they were professional and efficient and solved my issue in 20 minutes! Plus Meredith, the receptionist/scheduler is friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend Daniel Stednitz Plumbing and will use them for all my plumbing needs!

They are only after your money. We had a problem with one of our drains backing up into the bathtub and causing the entire house to smell like garbage. Daniel took a look at it and suggested jetting the pipe. He promised that would get rid of the problem for a long time and $700 later our drain was ""cleared"" from whatever was causing that horrible smell. Less than 2 weeks later the smell came back and when we called they sent another guy to come look at it and he said to just ""run some soapy water"" down the drain. But nope. The smell didn't go away, in fact it just got stronger and more awful. I called again and this time they sent 2 guys who proposed we spend another $800 in efforts to find out what was causing the smell, even though Daniel had ""guaranteed"" his work for 60 days. We are extremely unhappy with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I am so happy that I found Daniel Stednitz plumbing! They not only came within 24 hours of needing them, they showed up on time and prepared! They did everything right by social distancing and wore their masks the whole time they were in my house. They were prompt, efficient and professional which is rare to have all three when hiring a plumber. Thank you so much and I will be referring you to everyone I know!

Needed a washing machine standpipe replaced, son meet Daniel at a plumbing supply store looking for the part to do it ourself, called Daniel a couple days later as he was booked for the rest of the week, set up an appointment, Daniel arrived right on time, took a look at the old rotting standpipe, gave us a quote to replace it with pvc pipe, did the work, was in and out in under 30 minutes.
Very reasonable price, super nice guy, on time and local.
No reason not to call the next time we need some plumbing work done.

We had a good experience with Stednitz Plumbing. Daniel is local and knows how local pipes work--or don't work, I guess, by the time he sees them. Daniel was good at explaining our options and helping with any last-minute details. His crew was at our house for about a week doing a big job, but we never had to move out even for a night; they made sure we could use a shower and a toilet every evening before they left. We appreciated that. They did such a neat job that the drywall folks were actually impressed when they came in next. Would gladly recommend Daniel Stednitz to any neighbors. He's busy, because he's good.

My office is located in a business park and my neighbor and I share a common drain for our kitchen sink. Both kitchen sinks were running slow, and unknown to me my neighbor called the landlord and they recommended Daniel Stednitz Plumbing. The plumbers came out and worked on my neighbors sink
but could not resolve the problem so they went in our unit and worked on
our sink. They said they could not fix the problem but charged $405.00 for their services because they worked for 3 hours on the job. They wrote on the service order they recommended hydro-jetting for an additional $545.00 This all happened on a Friday and they came back on a Monday to check on the drain but it cleared up over the weekend. My neighbor presented me with a copy of the bill and asked if I would pay for half of the bill. I told them that I thought the bill was very high but agreed to pay for half of the bill. I own an apartment building and never pay more than $125.00 to have a mainline cleaned out but these guys want to charge $130.00 per hour for their service even if not successful. I spoke to the owner and he did not want to adjust the bill so we are paying our half but will never use them again nor will our neighbor. Be careful when
using these guys.
