Very disappointed in Daniel Smith plumbing. They took two days to get back to me with an emergency situation that they caused!! They completely ruined my water heater. I kept sending pictures and they non chalantly disregarded it and don't want to take fault. They also charge a fortune and do not deliver reliable, personalized service. Highly do not recommend

We hired Daniel Smith Plumbing & Heating to move the plumbing in our bathroom to accommodate a smaller sink. Jason and Dustin did the job and they were fantastic. Not only did they do a professional job, they were so polite and friendly. They tracked in no dirt and cleaned up well. Jason also checked out our hot water heater and advised that it was old and should be upgraded before a catastrophe occurred. On his expert advice, we are having that replaced as well the fixtures associated with it. We highly recommend this plumbing service.

We recently had a pretty bad misfortune in that out sewer backed up. We had terrible flooding on our first floor and basement. We used Daniel Smith Plumbing to remedy the defective pipe that sadly ran underground from our basement, underneath our front yard out to the street. They completed that Herculean task in one day. They did it with respect, efficiency and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them if you should suffer the same, very difficult type of incident that we did. This was a terrible situation for us with financial ramifications and more importantly, emotional ramifications. Dan, Tom, Jason and Dustin are all incredible. You will not find more clean, professional, and knowledgeable plumbers anywhere. They worked overtime to make sure our customers were not inconvenienced at all despite a major replacement of 100 year-old pipes, while working for more than 3 days to help us. Dan was able to quote the job and and complete it on time and on-budget, even with some uncertainties in the discovery process. They are the best!

Unfortunately, after being told we would hear back within the week....4 weeks have gone by and we received no answer or service.
