I am a very happy customer!! They let me know ahead of time, when they'd be arriving, were prompt, and professional. I had a leaky shower, which they fixed. I also, thought I heard water running, so he crawled under my house to verify nothing was leaking. He did an amazing job making sure I felt at ease and answered all my questions.

My water heater went out, so I called these yoyo-s and they replaced it. I never was given a written estimate, and never given an invoice for work done. I also was not provided any paperwork (i.e instructions, rebates available on the new on demand tankless heater they put in). I wanted to see about rebates available, so I called and the owner said he would bring the paperwork out to me. Lying fart-knocker never did. If you like to be overcharged and manipulated, you're in the right place...wear your raincoat 'cause you might get soaked.

I paid over $9,000 for a septic tank 3 months ago and it is leaking and I will
just say this: Make sure when 120' of leach lines are required 30-40' are not installed instead. Make sure your tank is level and that the pea gravel required for stability is installed. Lastly make sure there is actually damage to the tank that is being replaced.

I recently hired Meredith Plumbing to do extensive underground pipe work. They also moved a propane tank and installed new propane lines. I upgraded my old water heater to an on-demand unit. All work was done in the timeframe that they promised, pricing was fair. Customer Service is a plus.
