Had a gas leak at the water heater the night before Thanksgiving. Called around 4:15pm and they sent Jay out and he was here by 6pm. He identified the problem, fixed it, and was super professional and a really nice guy. I am really impressed and will use Daniel Meredith Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Got verbal estimate in the morning for a job that would be ""full day maybe pushing into next day"" Just under 3 grand for a pipe repair / fitting replacement on a line leading into septic tank. 5 hours later, one guy (who was really solid, no complaints on quality of work) - invoice for just short of $3 grand! Like $500 plus per hour, very very minimal materials used and as for tools was like couple of shovels - hand dug. Hard work, i get it. But that kind of spend for a half day's work, no heavy equipment, only one tech on site, is pretty insane. Job was done in Wrightwood.

I also, thought I heard water running, so he crawled under my house to verify nothing was leaking. He did an amazing job making sure I felt at ease and answered all my questions.

My water heater went out, so I called these yoyo-s and they replaced it. I never was given a written estimate, and never given an invoice for work done. I also was not provided any paperwork (i.e instructions, rebates available on the new on demand tankless heater they put in). I wanted to see about rebates available, so I called and the owner said he would bring the paperwork out to me. Lying fart-knocker never did. If you like to be overcharged and manipulated, you're in the right place...wear your raincoat 'cause you might get soaked.
