My water heater went out on Memorial Day and by 2:00pm Tuesday Daniel Fish had me up and running again! He charged me what he quoted and showed up when he said he would. Great service by a local Camarillo guy.

i was very impressed with the thoroughness of Daniel Fish. we had an issue with methane gas in our office suite which was a difficult thing to trace the source of without tearing into the walls. it required some real creative efforts to locate the source of the issue which included investigating the ceiling, adjoining offices, and tarping and isolating sections of our office.

all-in-all he did an outstanding job of searching for, isolating the problem, and repairing a hidden unexpected damaged area under the toilet. his concern and following up was geniune and sincere. Daniel Fish went above and beyond in finding the problem in such a way as to avoid over-extending costs for us and interrupting our business, and he made himself available to do what it takes with integrity.

We got in over our heads with a remodeling project and needed to move some main pipe lines in order to remove a wall (This involved jack hammering into the slab and re-routing pipes that came down from two upstairs bathrooms). I got a quote from another plumber and then called Daniel Fish to see if he could do it for less. He saved us about $600 and had it done in a day and a half! Daniel has been in the business for years and knows his stuff. He is a very friendly, honest, hard working man. He worked 8 1/2 hours straight and never sat down to rest. He's a good problem solver to say the least. It's also nice to have the owner of the company do the work rather than an employee who might not care as much about customer satisfaction. We'll be calling him next time we have a plumbing issue!

Over the past 8 years I have had Daniel work for me on various occasions. He has installed a tankless water heater, changed all of the pluming under our house from galvanized to copper, reworked the plumbing in our kitchen during a remodel, and helped us pinpoint some major sewer issues that ended up needing to be fixed by the city. We have also had him come unclog the main sewage line several times (because the tree roots keep growing through the clay pipes). Daniel is a hardworking, trustworthy and reliable guy. Daniel Fish Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever use for my rentals in Camarillo.

EXCELLENT!! I had a plumbing issue and called several plumbers and when I asked a question the answer I got was 'I need to come to your house and look at it' and then they stated there would be a trip charge. The only plumber who did NOT do this was Daniel Fish. He answered my questions and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate. He arrived at my home and performed the repair that same day. He was extremely professional and kind and did a great job on the repair. I had another issue a few months later and called in the evening expecting to get an answering machine. Daniel Fish answered the phone, discussed the problem with me, and actually suggested some things I could do to solve the issue myself (what plumber offers to do that????) which is exceptional!! It turned out it was more of a complex issue that needed to be solved professionally. Again, he gave me an extremely fair rate and stated he could fix it the next day. He arrived at the arranged time and did a great job (there was NO WAY I could have done this repair-it was in a pipe in the wall and required machinery). If you want a fair, honest, professional plumber - call Daniel Fish Plumbing. He is the only plumber I will ever use.

Rip Off!

Called this contractor and explained we have a septic tank and gases are coming into the house when water had not been run in the drains recently. I suggested a small leak in a pea trap he proceeds to test with a electronic hand held tester. I did not have a smell at the time because the drains were just used by my wife he stayed 10 minutes and charged $125 he did not tell me amounts of the charges up front. Called him back to let him know that the smell is present again he wanted to charge us again for testing. I can smell the gas don't need to give him another $125 for 10 min of not doing or suggesting anything. He should have come back the second time and took a better look without charging. A good plumber will usually charge $65 to $75 for a service call to diagnose the problem and talk the repair cost before work begins.

As a House Manager for a high profile family in Malibu, I knew exactly who to call when they had plumbing emergencies. They needed some intense plumbing done after some things had fallen apart as well as filters put in, new tankless water heaters and nozels installed for a fancy art piece that was rusting over because of the salt water. Not only did he provide a fair estimate and price compared to every other plumber who gave me a quote for the Malibu property, but he did a fantastic job and kept his work clean (my biggest concern for the clean OCD bosses' I have). I highly recommend him.

AWEFUL!!! Sold us a cheap $100 toilet for almost $700 and cost us over $1000 in water damages plus another $500 in plumbing repairs. Does not return any calls, took the money and ran! DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!
