Update:
It's worth noting my plumbing problems have continued and Daniel fish did diagnose the problem correctly.... he didn't fix the problem at that time because it would've taken removing drywall and with his erratic behavior it threw me off even though he did give the correct diagnosis.

Our washing machine valve broke the night before we closed on our house! We had to be out the next day omg! Daniel showed up immediately and fixed the valves and patched the wall. It was affordable too. Thank God for him.

The hot water valve for the washing machine went bad the night before escrow was going to close on my house. I called Daniel the next morning (the day escrow was closing) to explain my plight, and he said ""I'll be there in an hour and a half"". And he was. Daniel replaced the valve as well as doing the necessary drywall repair, which was no easy job. Many many thanks to Daniel Fish. I'll definitely call him again.

Daniel Fish plumbing is great! We had a water heater that started leaking and spent all day dealing with our home warranty company, who sent out a joke of a plumber who gave us an astronomical estimate for out-of-pocket costs. Folks in our neighborhood recommended Daniel, who answered on the first ring, was at our house 15 minutes later, had a water heater delivered within and hour, and had us back up and running shortly after that. Top notch service -- can't recommend enough!

Yesterday, after finding that our fireplace valve was leaking natural gas when turned on, I called Daniel Fish Plumbing for help. I had used this company three other times in three years, and I knew the job would be done right for a fair price.

This morning, Daniel showed up at my door on time and within about 45 minutes had fixed the problem, which entailed cutting into drywall to expose the leaky fixture. Mr. Fish told me he would fix the drywall, or, as an alternative I could fix it myself for a lot less money. When I said I would attempt the patch, he gave me great instructions on how to do the job, and even supplied me with drywall mud and tape. After he left, I finished the work in a short amount of time.

Daniel's fee was very reasonable, as I expected, and since he continues to do quality work, I will definitely call him for my next plumbing repair. It's nice to have the number of a good local plumber.

It is sometimes difficult to find a plumber who you believe is telling you the truth. After 12+ years in this community, I've found a permanent plumber. Daniel was prompt, identified the problem, and quickly fixed it. When I showed him another problem (for which he could have charged me hundreds to fix) he said ""it's not worth it"" and gave me a strategy to deal with the problem. Pricing for the job I called him out for was was very reasonable--the advice was FREE!

As you can see from my profile here, I don't write many reviews, and when I do, they can tend to be negative. I'm only giving him five stars because Yelp won't allow me to give six or more. He was a real delight to do business with, and I would not hesitate for a second to have him back when further plumbing needs arise. He is a genuinely nice and honest man. A true pleasure to meet.
