In case my photo doesn't capture it, Dan is a very meticulous craftsman. It's been several months since the installation and everything is working perfectly.

Dan's skill and artistry may speak for themselves, but there are a lot of other reasons I appreciate working with him. While this job was by no means inexpensive, Dan's bid was significantly lower than the other contractors I considered, and those bids were for inferior equipment (Navien) whereas Dan installed Lochinvar combination boilers. Although Dan tends to be busy, he was able to work around a scheduling disaster caused by Mass Save and another contractor, and as a direct result of that flexibility we did not have to freeze in the house this fall. Another great thing about working with Dan, that I have yet to experience with any other contractor, is that he showed up every morning he said he'd be here, finished the project exactly when he said he would, and stayed on budget. Dan is also very pleasant to work with and so are his collaborators, assistants and subcontractors.

It's hard to believe I just found Dan by accident because he was the only plumber who didn't try to gouge me for an emergency heating repair in 2022. I can't recommend him enough.

This is the only company out of many who didn't ghost us for toilet installation. All other plumbers tend to drop it once they learn that we just need toilet installation and no other fancy job that costs over few thousands.... These guys came in and finish in 15 min. Great work.

I've used Dan Cadotte P&H multiple times now, and I've been totally happy with their work every time. They always talk me through everything they're doing, explain why everything costs what it does, do great work, and leave my place neat and clean after. I don't write many reviews but I specifically asked them where I could write one because I've been so satisfied with their work. Chris and Ian in particular have always been super helpful. Highly recommend.

Called Dan to install 2 toilets and he was very prompt and informative scheduling an appointment in just a few days. Chris showed up and got both toilets installed pretty quickly, even bringing shims which were needed since my flange was a little high off the ground. The flange on one of my toilets was unsecured and he also did the work to reinforce it so it was secured to the floor. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing needs as these guys are both affordable and take great care with getting the job done.

We had a surprise kitchen faucet fall-off and under Covid-19 need to be clean plus juggling separate schedules within our small household AND a job where I'm already around water, we needed this repaired quickly. We were so happy that Cadotte called, responding from Home Depot Home Services. He had one person in a truck who was very nice who came out almost as soon as we received the replacement, and despite snowstorm warnings they showed up EARLY. They wore a mask, took the old faucet out and it works well! I am not an expert on this resource so I was a bit surprised that the service person did not wish to check out the water flow from our utility room to our kitchen but it was nice that they didn't have to travel through our home to get to that area, given that we are under the pandemic, so for value over all this was great.
