I am really disappointed with Daniel Chase Construction. I found Daniel Chase to be very unreliable! He is very rude and condescending! We hired him to do renovation to a home that we just purchased. I trusted him with plans for our new home. Be careful folks there was things that was not complete with our contract with Daniel Chase construction we decided to bite the bullet and told him we can fix things in the contract. My husband is very patient and understanding but he and I decided to tell Daniel Chase Construction that we wanted to terminate services... We are so disappointed with the outcome of our home. The construction that we hired Daniel Chase to do was a morgues construction which means that he does the work and then gets reimbursed. This company did not have the financial overhead to do the work then get reimbursed. My husband and I decided to pay for the work up front to get the work done...our kitchen cabinets were painted a few weeks ago and the paint is starting to chip. Our canned lighting in the kitchen is so poorly installed that we can see holes in the ceiling where they were installed. As you can see that our business with this company is so traumatic I can keep on going but I will stop here and hope that I have been helpful to folks that are looking for a construction company

Save your money. A 3 week bathroom remodel turned into 6. Was told he works 8-430. Never once had anyone show up on time with the exception of the sub contracted tile guys. Had to return numerous times to fix broken tile, relocate shower fixtures, patches in the wall, paint, crappy caulking job, etc. Didn't get the measurements right for the glass door, still waiting for that to be fixed. So disappointed since he came so highly recommended.

Never responded to my inquiry, whatsoever. I do freelance work too, and if I am busy, I let the prospective customer know and they have the option to wait or seek another business. Ignoring is just plain rude and bad business!!

Daniel agreed to do a small project for me, but after waiting several weeks, and not hearing back from him, I contacted him. He, it appeared took on a larger job, and forgot to contact me. I understand why he accepted another job, sort of, but not contacting me was not acceptable, as far as I was concerned.

Daniel saved the day for us. We had several wood repairs (deck and house) that needed to be done quickly to sell our house. He worked us quickly into his schedule, got everything taken care of, and kept us informed every step of the way. He also made a special effort to be there to meet with the inspector and realtor. We found him to be very honest, dependable, and good at what he does. Highly recommend!

I hired Daniel as a general contractor for a remodel of my home in YLP- new flooring, baseboards, countertops in kitchen, backsplash, new farmhouse sink, custom cabinetry work, feature wall of hand stained and painted shiplap, corrugated wall and bar surround, and refinish of bar counter and installation of butcher block countertop. Daniel is very professional and a perfectionist. He has great ideas and a good sense of style. He always looked for the best price and really went to bat for me when a local big box store delayed delivery/installation of my countertops. He really cares about his customers and he cares about his work. I highly recommend hiring him for your next job, big or small. You won't regret it!

I am so impressed with Daniel's responsiveness and attention to detail.
I called him for an estimate and he arrived promptly and as scheduled.
His ability to listen to the details I requested was amazing. He even provided CAD drawings of the work without missing a single detail. All the items I requested were included and it was obvious that he had his act together.
I can't wait until I am ready to schedule my bathroom remodel. I was so impressed with Daniel that I assured him I will seek his services when I am ready for the next step. Just a very professional individual who actually listed to exactly what I wanted. Again, very impressed.
