Our company focuses on forest management primarily to align clients' expectations while supporting sustainable forest practices to guarantee that your woodlot remains productive and prepared for future cutting. We strive to boost your forest health by thinning mature trees, allowing smaller timber to thrive without interference from older trees that block light and hinder their progress. We can execute a full clear cut, we typically steer clear of such methods unless needed for farming needs.

Moreover, we perform dangerous tree extraction for urban clients dealing with problematic or unsightly trees. We specialize in removing trees rather than trimming them.

We also sell half and full cubic foot bundles of seasoned wood for fireplaces and indoor heating. Next year, we will introduce cord wood.

Started in Clever, MO in 2013, we began with nothing more than saws and a 3/4 ton flatbed Chevy doing tree cutting for neighbors and delivering firewood to my grandparents for their heating needs. As demand grew, we grew our services to include cutting and hauling fuel wood for fireplaces. Eventually, we enhanced from a single vehicle, a few saws, and a hand splitter to two trucks, a gas-powered wood splitter, a transport trailer, half a dozen saws, and a ditch witch we converted into a log skidder. Currently, this date, we are assembling a mechanical loader to boost production and improve our loading process, so we don’t need to load trucks by hand. Progress is promising.

I established Daniel Carpenter Services in 2013 to collect timber for wood and repurpose the tops for firewood, which I provided to my family since that was how they managed their house instead of allowing the tops to rot in the timberland.
