Company Overview

Our company focuses on forest management primarily to align landowners' goals while ensuring sustainable woodland management to ensure that your timberland remains productive and ready for future extractions. Our goal to enhance your forest health by removing old trees, allowing smaller timber to flourish without obstruction from mature trees that limit light and slow their progress. We can execute a total clear cut, we usually steer clear of such methods unless required for farming purposes.

Additionally, we provide dangerous tree extraction for urban clients dealing with hazardous or unattractive trees. We focus on taking down trees rather than trimming them.

We provide small and large bundles of firewood for burn pits and home heating. In the coming year, we will start selling cord wood.

Established in Clever, MO in 2013, we began with a couple of saws and a 3/4 ton flatbed Chevy doing tree removals for local clients and bringing firewood to my family for their heating needs. With increasing calls, we grew our services to include harvesting and delivering fuel wood for fireplaces. Over time, we enhanced from a single vehicle, a few saws, and a manual splitter to a fleet of trucks, a motorized splitter, a trailer, half a dozen saws, and a ditch witch we modified into a wood hauler. As of April 4, 2020, we are assembling a log loader to enhance production and streamline our loading process, so we no longer have to load trucks by hand. Progress is promising.

I founded Daniel Carpenter Services in 2013 to harvest timber for lumber and utilize the tops for firewood, which I gave to my grandparents since that was how they warmed their living space instead of permitting the branches to decay in the forest.
