I had a new washer installed by one of the big box stores and after the installation I discovered one of the very old water input valves was leaking. It was dripping even in the off position. I called Daniel Brown Plumbing and they said they would have someone out the next afternoon but would try to get creative with their schedule so they could get here earlier. I received a call at 8:30 the next morning and was told a plumber could be here within the hour.

The gentleman was friendly, safe, efficient, and did an excellent job.

I've dealt with Daniel Brown Plumbing in the past when that did some work at my dad's house. Their customer service and communication skills are just as top notch as their work.

Can't recommend highly enough. We tried two other plumbers when our macerator pump stopped working. One couldn't find time to come out to see us, one sent a plumber who quickly declared our pump dead and gave us an exorbitant quote to replace it, with little explanation.

When I called Daniel Brown, I spoke to Daniel Brown himself, and he personally explained macerator pumps and all my options to replace it - all of which were going to be less than what I was quoted by the other guys. After I sent him pictures of the pump, he called back to say that my pump was smaller than he'd expected and it would cost me even less. Then, when his plumber came out a couple days later, rather than just replacing it right away, he opened it up and managed to fix it in less than an hour. So not only were the other guys trying to rip me off, but Daniel Brown's team was willing to pass up a much bigger payday to see if they could fix the problem first, even after I'd given them the greenlight to replace it.

I'll be a loyal customer as long as I own this house now. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I needed a toilet replaced in a condo and called Daniel Brown Plumbing. The office was extremely helpful! They found the toilet I wanted, picked it up from the supplier, scheduled me quickly, arrived to the job site on time, installed the toilet, and took away the old one. We needed a sump pump area repaired to close on the sale of our house. Kelvin came out today to do the work.

Kelvin is a very nice, hardworking young man who worked all afternoon, under the house.

He did a great job, cleaned the work area. He explained what he had done and showed us a photo of his work. The sale of our house will close spoon.

They were very flexible in setting up the appointment time, and kept me updated. I especially appreciated that they did not try to sell me more than what I needed. When I had to choose which brand of faucet to buy, and I asked if some brands were easier for DIYers to take apart to fix minor problems and leaks, and they directed me to the right brand.

My rule with trades people has been ""If they are on TV, don't hire them."" I have had more plumber problems (not to be confused with plumbing problems) than any other trade. So, who do you call when your plumber is broken? Daniel Brown Plumbing!

They were on time and they do not have hidden fees. Their fee is $155 per hour as I write this and they were gone in less than 2 hours. They unclogged 2 drains: one took 15 seconds to unclog, the other was a bigger issue in the tub. They took the time to educate me on how to prevent the clog in the future and recommended using drain cleaners that have a biological component (unlike Draino, which can harm pipes).

The two plumbers who arrived were named Joey and Adrian. Both were very professional, friendly, and they did not dilly dally. They wore masks the whole time, which I do value as I am immunocompromised. They also did not have to be asked to put on the mask and they did not 'wait and see' if I were wearing one first. After the job was finished, Joey spent 15 minutes wiping down everything with disinfecting wipes to leave everything clean.

I told both Joey and Adrian I generally hate plumbers because I have had so much trouble finding good ones. Pretty much all the TV plumbers are horrendous and a few others I tried were just terrible. But, Daniel Brown Plumbing is excellent. I highly recommend them.

This plumbing company gets it! I would rate them 10 stars if i could! From the moment I got on the phone to explain my issue i was treated with respect and understanding. Dan listened to my issues, he even asked for pictures so he could give me his best estimate over the phone (instead of wasting time with an additional consult).

This morning Adrien called about 30 minutes out, arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour. He had covers over his shoes and left my bathroom clean afterward. He took time to listen which I appreciate most of all! The estimate i was provided was exactly what I was charged, which was an amazing price!

I am so happy i found these reviews on yelp and decided to go with Dan Brown Plumbing, if you're in the Louisville area and don't know where to start, THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU SHOULD USE!
