Needed a tub handle & sent photos in an email to Danco of the plumbing stem. I had previously purchased a Danco universal handle for this faucet several years ago at Home Depot. I received a rude email back-no name or title saying "we do not offer a match for you." So I phoned and spoke to the self-proclaimed "expert" Scott; he told me he has 5 years of experience in his position & many more in the plumbing industry, yet has never seen a tub stem like mine. I told him the brand is Price Pfister and asked if he used catalogs in his job to match parts? He said "yep." I since contacted Price Pfister and have a replacement on the way. Danco touts themselves as the DIY industry leader in plumbing parts. With years of plumbing experience yet Scott NEVER saw a well-known brand name stem, Danco needs to supply their customer base with employees who have a far greater aptitude. I will carry water before I purchase another Danco part. It's a good thing I didn't need something complicated!
